I just stopped here because I needed an oil change and it was the closest to my location. They were very nice even though I really had no idea what I was doing. They also didn't try to just make money off of me since I was woman with limited car knowledge. I also spilled my drink all over their floor and the graciously cleaned it up for me. Then he pointed me to a great car wash because I needed one and had no idea where to go. Thank you for your hospitality!😁

Stick to the basics when you go here. They are great for the basics. Super fast and super efficient. Owner is on site most days. Good crew, and most of them have been here for quite a number of years now, so they work really well together

The guys were friends and efficient. Half the price of going to the Valvoline Instant Oil change down the street. Apparently those are corporate owned but the Valvoline Express Care places are local.

I've been getting my oil changed and inspections done at this Valvoline for over ten years. Unfortunately this place has been going down hill the last couple of years. The last straw was when I went in to get a routine oil change. I noticed that the technician down in the bay was taking unusually long to drain the oil, but I had no other reason to suspect anything out of the ordinary. When I went to pull out, I noticed that my car was lurching when I put it into drive. I pulled back around, and the guys said nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary, and besides it wouldn't be caused by an oil change. When I got back to the house, I checked the transmission fluid, and it was BONE DRY! I called them up and the woman who answered the phone was defensive and would not take responsibility or even hear my concerns out. One of the long time technicians called me back and said to bring it back in. When I got there they checked out the car and they couldn't find any leaks. They refilled my transmission fluid and even gave me a few extra quarts, that's the only reason I left two stars instead of one. The technician basically admitted that the other guy accidentally drained my transmission fluid. I would avoid this Valvoline, they have some new people there that don't seem like they know what they are doing. One of the long time technicians is retiring and I don't see the owner there much anymore.

Have always come here to get my oil change and have been very pleased with how quick and nice everyone is. This morning, I went to see about inspection getting done, a man I haven’t seen before came out to my car and when I asked about getting an inspection done the guy went on a rampage. He told me The guy wasn’t there and they were getting rid of the service and he was just tired of people asking. He then started telling me I can stop driving or I can continue driving and just get pulled over. Then he had the audacity to end the conversation saying, “I’m not trying to be rude, but….” Well, sir, the tone of your voice and the way you just went on a rampage was very much rude. You could’ve just left it at the guy wasn’t there And I would have been on my way. Because of this employee, I will not be returning for any more services. I thankfully got my inspection done and the people who did it were so nice I Couldn’t ask for better services.

I was in the checkout line at Aldi's and discovered I'd left my wallet at home. The man in front of me offered to pay for my groceries. Of course I told him no, but thanks anyway. But he insisted. So I asked him how I could get hold of him, and he replied that he owned the Valvoline Express Care down the street. So I let him pay and later mailed him some cash ($20) for reimbursement. Then I started taking my vehicles there for oil changes. They're fast and don't get your floor mats dirty. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need like some other shops do. But they do inform customers about things they need to service, such as changing a dirty air filter. Their techs can also perform some mechanical repairs. My car is a high mileage vehicle, so I use conventional oil instead of synthetic or synthetic blend oils. Oil and filter change is slightly over $30. They offer another service--performing state safety vehicle inspections. It's convenient when your oil change and vehicle safety sticker/registration renewal come due at around the same time. Call ahead to ensure the inspector is on the property, since he sometimes picks up his kids at school. I recommend Valvoline Express Care to others.

This place was amazing. At other places it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to get simple stuff done like an oil change. They changed our oil and checked other parts of the car within 15 minutes at a great price. Super friendly and honest people working here!

I went all the time to get my oil changed, I bought another truck and took it to get the oil changed, and the next oil change I did myself. That is when I found out they didn't charge my oil filter. The oil filter that was on there they don't offer it. I called, they didn't say sorry, to bad nothing. Now thinking back I don't think they the filter on my other truck. I had the oil changed in all my vehicles there, not anymore, and I hope you won't either..

The absolute fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. I was preparing to just throw my head back and maybe snore once or twice. Not in the cards. They came back so fast. They were quick, efficient, professional and presented a job well done.
