Stopped at this Quick Lube. The service tech was on phone entire time I was there. I said "Do you have Mobil 1" he nodded his head and that was it. Didnt ask what weight i wanted. He didnt even acknowledge i was there. Only thing said to me was the amount due when he finished. Only thing that was done was an oil change. Didnt bother checking anything, air filter, cabin filter, tires. Did not reset oil change light. He finally hung up phone just I pulled out. I stopped at O'Reilly bought air and cabin filter. Which i wanted BOTH replaced. Replaced both when I got home. Worst service ever. Between this Quick Lube and the one in Bellmead location. I will not use them again.

I went to Pro Quick Lube around 3pm today (a Friday) for an auto inspection. A guy advised the inspector was at lunch and would be back in about 30 minutes. I came back and a little boy (age 10?) came out and said the boss was off today so no inspection. I asked him to find out why i wasn't told this before. A man came out and apologized. He said it was indeed the inspector's day off. He said NTB across the street was slow. He recommended Firestone down the road. I'm at Firestone now. So far they have been kind and courteous.

I went to get my car inspected today. The first place I went they couldn’t inspect my car because their printer was down, but he recommended either NTB or Pro Quick Lube. Only because I’m familiar with NTB I went there next. I was greeted by a rude manager who made my business feel unwanted, so I went across the street to Pro Quick Lube. I was greeted by a young gentleman who asked what I needed then asked me to wait for another man who would handle my inspection. I wish I could remember his name, but I believe he was the owner. He came up and took great care of me. We even chatted at check out time. The entire time I was there was definitely less than 15 minutes and it only cost me $7. I am so satisfied with my service today that I will definitely be using them for further services. Thanks again!

Always a good place. I take my 2012 Dodge diesel truck there and they do a great job. Checking air filters, filling up fluids and the owner is very reasonable, nice and knowledgeable. Always quick and easy. Definitely recommend to anyone.

As a repeat customer I can say they got it together. I pulled in just as my phone was ringing, they motioned me to go on into the waiting area. Having been there before they kept my preferences on their computer and knew what oil I wanted. About the time my phone call was over they were done. I paid my bill, apologized for being on the phone and was out in short order. Thanks guys for your understanding and service.

This is so upsetting to post because we have been faithful customer since we moved to the area. My husband had checked the filter this past time we had went and he said it looked very dirty. We had just drove home. So fast forward to March 23, 2024 we took it again thinking that maybe it just got dirty fast.. well he took a picture of the fitter to compare them and guess what? It was the exact same one, with the same mark he left on it. What a shame we pay $175 every oil change and go on time to take it ALWAYS. My husband was livid and we loved going there. It’s so disappointing, they did offer us a discount for the next time we go however we won’t be going back. Please, please check y’all’s air filter. Something shady is going on and don’t let them fool you!!
