Lambert's was courteous, professional, and transparent from start to finish. Our new car was damaged by hail from a recent storm (over 40 dents and a cracked windshield). They worked with my insurance (State Farm) and got everything lined up... starting with the initial quote, submitting paperwork to insurance, fixing everything, and working with insurance on adjustments with the initial quote. After this experience, they would be the only shop I would go to!

When I picked up my car I told Lambert's that I hoped I wouldn't need a body shop in the future, but that if I did I'd definitely go back to them, and that I'd absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Everybody there was personable and good to work with; they went far out of their way to accommodate my scheduling issues; the quality of their work was impeccable; and their price was extremely reasonable, especially when compared to other estimates I'd gotten. I really don't know what more I could have expected from that experience. I'd give an extra star if I could.

I had a squirrel get into the hood of my car and chew a hole through my radiator overflow. Took it to Lambert’s where they fixed it for me quickly! They created a new piece to fix the leak and prevented me from having to have the whole line (which would have been extensive) replaced. So appreciative of their help! Will definitely return for any auto help I need.

I had a run in with an animal ( it survived) that caused my front bumper to drop some on the driver corner. I have very little experience with body shops, so I did a google search. The reviews for Lambert’s were 95% positive so I decided to take my vehicle there. I’m glad I did. I received an estimate and scheduled a drop off. They did a great job and I was able to pick my car up within a few hours of dropping it off. We would definitely use Lambert’s s again.

They were super honest and told me that what I thought was wrong looked to be fine. They were right and I didn’t need the repairs I thought I needed. I have an 11 year old Honda that had faded paint on the roof and hood and all the chips and blemishes of the years around the car. Less than a week later, Lambert’s restored the hood and roof to what I would consider better than new and the touch up around the car looks very great. Batten down the hatches, this is gonna be a book. I drive a 2008 Buick Lacrosse Super, named Lola. She was in an accident. For those in a hurry - I would take my collectors item of a car to Lambert's for any body work needed, ever. Gina is communicative, Corky is knowledgeable, 10/10, I wish I could give them 6 stars. Now let's open that up a bit: Lola was involved in a collision. One fateful and rainy morning as we were on our morning commute, it was rainy and we had another hurried commuter cross in front of us. We swerved, and avoided damaging his Honda CRX. This is obviously a stressful event, and when you care about your car as much as I do (I'll explain) it's important that it is in the most caring hands possible when it needs some sort of attention! Now, I dislike dealing with insurance companies and rental companies to make things happen. It's tedious and already a culmination of stress borne of a stressful situation. My car is one of 2300 made. It is incredibly special to me and is being maintained as a collected item, and will also be in such good running condition that it will suffice as my son's first car. This car has a rooted investment in my life and is more important to me than most people. Fortunately for me, my insurance company allows Lambert's as a repair center for their claims. After seeing a plethora of reviews geared toward speaking their praises I didn't hesitate to call. I was greeted on the phone by Gina, who expressed her sincere sorrow in my situation. Every auto body shop with half of their reputation said they were backed up for 2-3 weeks. Gina got me in the day the accident happened for an appraisal. Immediately after arriving at the location, I knew my car was in caring and trusted hands. They cared about their job, it was clear in every aspect of my dealings with any employee I ran into during this process. I admit, the burden felt lifted once I handed my keys over. After headaches between two insurance companies blaming the other rather than taking care of their customers, Gina and Corky kept me up to date on everything with Lola, the communications they had with both insurance companies and how much damage had been done to my vehicle. Fast forward to when the lawyers got done fighting and I went to pick up my car yesterday, and I can honestly say, even in my wildest fantasy, I didn't expect what I saw. Every blemish, every scrape, every little imperfection was gone. She looked like the car I fell in love with on the lot, and I was so thankful, so relieved, and absolutely astounded at the quality of work done. The team put care into their work on my car. It was done by people who love their work, and it was exemplified by the diligent and impressive care their took in resorting a car I know every line of. ANY body work I EVER need done will be done at Lambert's. Corky loves cars, the excitement he showed when he opened my hood showed me that he knows what he's doing and knows why I was fighting so hard to keep the car from being totalled out. He knew what that car means to me, and he took care of her as such. Ultimately, Thank you Corky, and thank you Gina, thank you Lambert's! You guys made a seriously stressful situation way less of a burden than even my insurance company did. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional work.

This body shop rules! They got me in for an estimate the same day of my accident, then scheduled my right after. They were honest about being busy, but my appointment held and went right on track. When there was a delay in the repair, they called right away and explained. They worked with my insurance company directly with no hassle. Corky, the main dude, was super friendly and personable. He explained the whole process in detail and pulled no punches. My car got done and looks great! I'm very thankful to have such a great body shop in town. I'll look no further for a shop to take mine and my families vehicles for repairs.

Corky and the team did a great job with swapping the frame on my like new 2021 Toyota Tacoma. They took the time to explain the process to me and helped me throughout the 7mo wait for my frame. I'm so glad a friend recommended Lambert's when I was involved in an accident. This shop truly embodies the high quality and people-centered approach one would expect from a small, family-owned business. From my first phone call to the moment I drove away with my perfectly restored vehicle, Corky and DJ were both personable and professional. They were great at explaining the process and communicating with the insurance company, knowing that, for most customers, having to deal with the aftermath of a car accident doesn't happen frequently. When your car has had more hits than a professional boxer. You have to have it repaired at the G.O.A.T body shop. Lambert’s. Corky , DJ and the crew treat you like family and always bring your car and the paint color back to how it looked when you pulled it off the showroom floor.
