I went there to get my flat tire fixed and tire needs to be replaced, the guy who fixes the tires was very nice he directed me to the office to talk the agent. The guy that I talked was old(er) guy who had this car salesperson sleazy attitude…. I asked him to give the tire prices for one tire - cheap - medium and high end tire prices. He immediately told that I’ll give you the cheaply price so you can guess the prices hours up for the rest. Then before he got the actual number he said the cheapest -tire only- will be min $200! I told him I’m coming from the official service and they gave an estimate less that theirs. Then he wanted see the estimate which I provided; at that point his base price was the same and with labor tax etc he gave the total for 2 tires! I told him casually I’m interested in only one tire, he replied like he didn’t like me correcting it and said you said 2 tires, I said it’s not a big deal but no I said one tires; I can just guess the 1 tire price by dividing half… he was very rude!!! The whole lack of customer service etiquette was so off putting. Even the employees outside were shaking their heads. I would never go back!! There are so many other places that give perfect service!

I spoke with someone over the phone to set up an alignment appointment. The person I talked to told me to bring in my car so they could give me an accurate labor estimate. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and waited three hours before they finally examined my car, only to say the alignment would take three hours to complete. I was skeptical but agreed, even though they wanted to charge me $140 per hour. However, since it was already 5 PM and they closed at 6 PM, they suggested I leave my car there. I’ve had bad experiences with leaving my car in a shop, so I declined and drove away. I ended up going to Moe's Tire, where they completed the alignment in under an hour. I would give one star, but since their communication was decent, I decided to give the shop three stars. Hopefully, they can learn from this experience.

Great service and reasonably priced. I came here really frustrated by getting a nail on my brand new tires. I walked in and they greeted me with a smile, which completely changed my mood. They were quick, charged me a reasonable amount, and gave me the confidence that the car was in good hands. They quoted my half an hour but took only 20 minutes. Would definitely come again. Shout out to Daniel for his kindness and friendliness.

I encountered a formidable challenge on my pristine Tesla: a menacing nail. Costco couldn't mend it, but they directed me to a hidden gem. This establishment takes precision to an entirely new level, treating tire wounds from within, eschewing the ordinary plugs. It was an investment well worth every cent, and despite my usual reluctance to tip technicians, I found myself giving them 20%. This haven is now my undisputed sanctuary for all things automotive. Lightning-fast service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and unparalleled expertise are their hallmarks. There's no haggling or negative vibes here – I wholeheartedly endorse them.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. The gentleman, Jason, lied to me multiple times in just a couple of hours. 1. Quoted me for a new tire at an inflated price. When I questioned it after checking online, he suddenly “found” a cheaper option. I would be shocked if I were the first person they did this to. 2. Another shop later pointed out a missing lug nut and broken bolt on my front driver tire. When I asked Jason about the tire, he first claimed everything was fine. After pressing it, the story changed: he then said it was already missing when I arrived. This was completely false, as I had personally installed that spare myself a month ago. 3. After “talking to his mechanic,” the story changed again: yes, we broke it, but supposedly because of someone else’s mistake (mine). Be careful, this shop may have good reviews, but my experience was full of dishonesty. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I’m happy to revise this review if they are able to fix the situation. As of this writing, they have not.

Had a screw in my front tire I founded last night then was able to get it fixed the following day. Larkin Bothers were fast and only charged me $35 for the fix. Great place. Everyone was nice and friendly. I even learned about pressure gauge valves. Thanks Larkin Brothers. Highly recommend.

I brought a vehicle with a flat tire to AAA and asked where I was leaving it. One of the workers told me to leave it on the street. An old bald man of about 50 years old came out with a very rude attitude, saying that I had to go inside. When I told him that one of the workers told me to leave it outside, he responded with disrespect. He is very rude and is not good for business. I do not recommend that you continue taking his vehicles.

These guys are THEE BEST! Fast, efficient and with great customer service. I blew out a tire on my Volvo, called them in the am and by mid-afternoon they had sourced it, called me to come in for a fix and had me out the door with 45 min! $150+ less than what the dealer charged me last time the streets of San Francisco ripped my Pirelli’s up. Big thanks to Jason! Old-school customer service! Hard to find these days.

Puncture repair completed - returned tire was extremely dirty, went to wash it immediately after and found the rim was scuffed up pretty bad. Brought it back, owner was responsive, offered to help me out next time I come by, but that doesn’t really feel adequate. These are relatively new and expensive Porsche rims. Bummed as this shop came highly recommended. Subpar quality and the repair took much longer than they estimated.

Truly a great experience. First, my wife brought our car in for a leak which they repaired at no charge. They warned us that where the leak was, the repair may not hold. When we brought the car back to have the damaged tire replaced, they offered a "loaner tire" for us to use, again at no cost, until a replacement could be ordered. This is a family business that offers a level of customer service not often found anywhere. I am a customer for life after how they treated not only me, but my wife as well

Amazing, family owned business!! I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his team. I was down visiting family, needed front tires/alignment for sure and asked them to look at a noise in the front suspension. Jason called me just a couple hours later saying that the tires/alignment and suspension issue could be done that Same Day! You don't find many places like this any longer. Highly recommended.
