Larson's Auto is the only place I trust with my car. They go over everything thoroughly with special emphasis on safety, and can do a wide range of warranty work. I especially appreciate that there are no hard sells, pushy tactics or upcharges for unnecessary work here, just a detailed report of everything found in the check and genuine respect for me as a customer. This is also one of the few auto shops that's owned and run by women - highly competent, dedicated and professional. I really can't say enough good things about Diane and her team. If you're going anywhere else for your car's maintenance, bring it here instead. You'll never look for another mechanic shop again, either.

The folks at Larson's are unbelievably thorough, honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all things auto repair! They went over my car with a fine-toothed comb and gave me a second opinion on what the dealership had recommended. What needed immediate attention was done and I was given a list of repairs that can wait a bit. Everything they did was explained in detail and I feel totally confident that my car was taken very good care of.

I’ve written several rave reviews over the years for Larson’s service and professionalism, but I’m always glad to write a new one because the way they do business just keeps improving. Trust me that their work will be timely and careful and that they will accommodate your needs whether you are dropping off or waiting for your repairs. With Larson’s, that’s a given. What is less obvious are all the ways that the staff goes out of their way to exceed expectations, to find just the right strategy for a difficult repair, to put you at ease and make you comfortable, to keep you informed about their work and safe in your motor vehicle. It makes me happy that I have such a trustworthy place to take my car when it needs attention.

Moving to Lynn meant we needed to find an auto repair shop we could trust. We shopped around and finally found Larson's. This is a woman owned and run business that is thorough, organized and affordable. Their goal is to make sure you receive the service you need to keep your car in top notch condition. I brought my Honda here last week. After they did their review of the car, they recommended a few items that needed to be done. I agreed to have them do the work which included some outsourcing of part of the exhaust system. The repairs were done on time and for the price quoted. Driving home I got a warning light, so I called and they said bring it back tomorrow. I did and they determined two items needed to be fixed which may have been related to the repairs or maybe not. Diane, the owner said that they were covering the cost to repair as it was possibly related to the other work done! I was so happy she did this and I was so astounded I don't think I thanked her enough. If you need your car serviced do not hesitate to use Larsons's. They have me as a customer for life after the way they treated me.

I have been going to Larson's since 2012. Diane and her crew were always amazing. Diane sure earned her retirement! However, the new owner is riding off of Larson's excellent reputation while simultaneously ruining its good name. I ONLY ever went to Larsons because they were honest, woman-owned, and fair. The new owner INSTANTLY lied to me about needing new tires. Claimed they're bare. They are far from it; he just thought he could pull one over on a woman, as so many other places do. But Larson's never did that to me. I am disgusted by the new owner and I will be telling everyone I ever told to go to Larson's to never go there again. Shame on you, George. The Larson name doesn't deserve your stain on it.

I will only bring my car to Larson!! Respect, great customer service, and willingness to help. Always spot on with car issues. Had to get towed from Maine, I thought it would be a huge expense only a solenoid replacement less than expected, Dealership always wants 3x more. Mechanics are great and it’s nice to have a place that feels like they care about their customers. Just got my breaks done, again less expensive compared to dealership and no issues. I highly recommend.
