This shop will NOT let you down. The owner worked on my car until 1:30AM so I would have my car for the weekend, and the price he charged me was well below what he deserved. I have never seen a shop take care of their customers so much. If I were staying in Pensacola, I would only use this shop.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Me and my 3 girl friends (all 21) had our battery die at 9pm & after jumping it realized we needed a new one ASAP. Autozone said they wouldn’t put it in because it was too close to closing. So we bought one there & brought it to this shop & this guy stayed late to replace it for us. He was extremely kind & even helped us with our trunk. Then he didn’t want any compensation but of course we were so thankful we had to. He was extremely kind and we could not be more thankful. He even gave us a different battery to give back to autozone since ours was about to explode. I recommend this shop to anyone & everyone!!! Super knowledgeable guy. Thank you so so much for your kindness!

The nicest man!! Myself, and three other girls were visiting from 10 hours away when our battery went out at 9pm. This location did not have a battery and another location refused to install one for us, but had one. The kind gentleman here said he would stay late and install the battery for us. I highly recommend!! He did not charge us and refused a tip, we left one anyways before leaving.

Mr. Lauzon and his staff are wonderful. My 1998 Suburban had a cracked radiator. I called him and made the appointment. When I arrived, my parts were there waiting for me. While the work was done on my car I waited in the comfortable waiting room. His office staff were congenial and frequently offered beverages and snacks. In two hours, I was repaired and back on the road. As a courtesy, they had checked the Suburbans fluid levels and tire pressure. The cost was less than half of the estimates I had received in other places. In the future, I will just go to Lauzon's Hot Rod's first.

I can’t say enough about Lauzon Garage! The manager Andre got back to me within a half an hour of my on-line appointment request and that was at 6:30 in the morning!! My brakes were grinding and I needed help fast! The moment I told him I was an educator he told me there would be a 15% discount right off the bat! He and his partners, Gabriel and Brock took such excellent care of my car and me, I will be going there for all of my Volkswagen Passat issues in the future! They work on both foreign and domestic cars- no more dealership prices or wait times for me! They did exceptional work with a nationwide warranty -can’t beat that! Thank you again, I’ll be back!!

Mislead and lied to is how i was treated at this shop. After over a year wait and two engines, one blown by the owner I still have a car that doesn’t run and has more electrical issues than before. Cheaper isn’t better, fancy words and promises don’t fix cars it just takes your money.

My power window was stuck halfway down, for days I was worried about theft, weather, bugs, etc. Oh my goodness, the rigged up duct taped trash bag was so noisy and not stable. My coworker Hannah referred me to Andre, she said he and his work are amazing. Before this I tried Youtube, Google, Reddit, etc.for diy tips, but nothing worked. I called him on a Friday evening and he fixed it that day. It took a few tools and steps, but Andre and his intern/assistant finished it within minutes and at no cost. This was such a blessing. Good mechanics and people still exist.
