UPDATE 11/13/24: my 5 star review still stands, I just wish I can give them MORE stars. I recently used them for my 2022 Nissan Kicks after running something over and knocking the alignment out of wack. I was out of town on a business trip when that happened and had to have the car checked out in the shop at that town. That shop told me all the things that needed replacement, only to find out from Lee it was not as bad and the estimate was fair, not thousands that I had originally thought. Once again Lee’s is THE BEST and once my warranty runs out I am coming to them for regular vehicle maintenance. Thank you!
Lee’s was recommended to me, unfortunately, too late when I still had my 2003 Honda Accord. I literally ran that car into the ground. In 2022 after taking it to numerous places and not getting a straight answer, Lee’s was very upfront with me and told me that many components in the engine were failing after 205k miles and it is not worth putting more money and work into it. They worked on it as much as they could and were very reasonable with pricing, but informed me I should replace the car within the next year or less. They even told me when I am ready to buy a car and if I go the used car route, to bring it to them for an inspection (which I would’ve done but I bought new).
Unfortunately, they don’t do oil changes and it is first come first served. Yes I know my review is better late than never, but I will continue to use them once my warranty for my new car runs out and I’ve recommended them to other friends.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee’s Auto Service! After moving to a new town, my mechanic friends are states away, and I needed to find an honest mechanic. Finding an honest and reliable mechanic is rare, but they truly go above and beyond. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. They take the time to explain everything clearly and provide mechanic insight on underlying issue with my car.
The only minor inconvenience is that you have to leave your car for a diagnostic, but I actually prefer it that way. It allows the mechanic to take the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue rather than rushing through it. Plus, their location is gated, which gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicle is always secure.
If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Had another great experience with Lee’s Auto Service. Again they proved they are the best in Jacksonville! Lees did a manifold gasket repair. They finished in good time and their price was very reasonable! It is a piece of mind knowing that Lee’s is there for the next repair!
