Nothing but fantastic service here! We've been going for over 4 years. Lee is patient, kind, and super explanatory about vehicle issues. His prices are very reasonable. We couldn't be happier here! I would say the *only* potential drawback is if you are expecting somewhere with a waiting room and a 2 hours or less turn around, this is not the place for you. It doesn't bother us because we just drop our vehicle off for the day and arrange alternate transportation to pick it up later that afternoon. It's something to be aware of if you're used to waiting at a mechanic for your vehicle to be done right away. Don't let it deter you, his work is worth the wait. ;)

Chad let me know over the phone what he could do for my car and gave me a fair estimate for replacing shock absorbers on my car and the timeline to get it done. (I had previously called numerous shops for estimates) After I brought it in he told he would check to see if I indeed needed shock absorbers. I did. The Lady at the front desk was pleasure to work with in getting someone to give me an estimate and also close out my payment when I picked up my car. I noticed a major change in the ride of my car going back home. Much smoother. Also, they finished early with the repairs!!! I recommend this business absolutely! Thank you Lee's Auto Service!

We started using Lee's a few years ago and we've been very impressed. They are always very courteous and take time to explain things to me. They've even advised not to repair something that wasn't necessary to fix which saved us money, so I fully trust and value their opinions. They stand by their work too! They fixed the AC in our truck and it worked for a month and quit again. They fixed it again at no charge because they said it was still under their warranty for the first fix. I tell everyone to come here. They are definitely the best auto shop I've ever used!

I called the shop early in the morning to ask if I could have my car towed there and Lee answered, was super professional and pleasant and welcomed my business. He called me within an hour of my car being dropped off to let me know what the issue was, gave me an extremely reasonable price, and told me the work could be completed same day... and it was as promised! As a single mother, this has been such a gift. I will definitely use Lee’s Auto Service again and would encourage any one else in need of car repairs to as well! Absolutely happy with the honest, genuine work done on my vehicle at Lee’s. It all started with me hitting a curb and needing the strut replaced. They had my car done by the end of the day. When the car still made some noise I brought it back where they found some damage to the rack and pinion. Super thankful that Lee actually encouraged me to see if my extended warranty would cover it because it would otherwise have been a $1900 repair. A lot of shops would have done everything to convince me not to check and to go with them to make a hefty amount off of me. The dealership did cover and replace it which was nice. The sad part was they tried to convince me that Lee’s improperly installed the strut the first time and if I didn’t get it fixed right away that I’d be causing more damage to my vehicle. Well I’m glad I didn’t jump at their bait and that I brought it back to Lee. He found that it was something as simple as the hood bumper being messed up and fixed it for me. The noise has completely ceased. I’m so glad to know I found an honest, reliable, hard working repair shop for all my needs. I absolutely won’t be taking my car back to the service department at the dealership as they have now tried to pull one over on me. Three visits to Lee’s and I have yet to be told I need something I don’t. Each time they have listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally and quickly. I would 100% recommend Lee’s for your repair needs.

Wow. WOW. I love going to Lee's! I've been ehh maybe 5 times...you won't get a more honest explanation of what's going on with your vehicle anywhere else. Everyone here is very professional and friendly. They will tell you straight up what is going on with your car and won't rip you off. Go here, don't waste your time elsewhere with some dork trying to charge you for something you don't need.

Always an honest, quality job, at a fair price. Most parts / services are also warranty backed. When applicable, Lee gives you price differences for the low/average/best parts and helps you make an educated decision how best to spend your money. He treats your money like it was his! The thing I love most is that they don't try to sell you unnecessary parts or services. (As a female I especially appreciate that plus they don't patronize or down talk me!) I've been going here over 20 years and can't say enough good things about Lee's Auto Services!

My son dropped his car off on a Monday with the expectation it would be done by Thursday, when we called Thursday they hadn't even looked at it. The person that answered the phone was highly disrespectful and said they had plenty of customers and we could take the car somewhere else. I'm a business owner and if I ran my business setting the wrong expectations and telling customers you don't matter, I'm positive I wouldn't be in business long. If your thinking about using Lee's Auto Service be prepared to be frustrated with timelines. I would AVOID!

UPDATE 11/13/24: my 5 star review still stands, I just wish I can give them MORE stars. I recently used them for my 2022 Nissan Kicks after running something over and knocking the alignment out of wack. I was out of town on a business trip when that happened and had to have the car checked out in the shop at that town. That shop told me all the things that needed replacement, only to find out from Lee it was not as bad and the estimate was fair, not thousands that I had originally thought. Once again Lee’s is THE BEST and once my warranty runs out I am coming to them for regular vehicle maintenance. Thank you! Lee’s was recommended to me, unfortunately, too late when I still had my 2003 Honda Accord. I literally ran that car into the ground. In 2022 after taking it to numerous places and not getting a straight answer, Lee’s was very upfront with me and told me that many components in the engine were failing after 205k miles and it is not worth putting more money and work into it. They worked on it as much as they could and were very reasonable with pricing, but informed me I should replace the car within the next year or less. They even told me when I am ready to buy a car and if I go the used car route, to bring it to them for an inspection (which I would’ve done but I bought new). Unfortunately, they don’t do oil changes and it is first come first served. Yes I know my review is better late than never, but I will continue to use them once my warranty for my new car runs out and I’ve recommended them to other friends.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee’s Auto Service! After moving to a new town, my mechanic friends are states away, and I needed to find an honest mechanic. Finding an honest and reliable mechanic is rare, but they truly go above and beyond. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. They take the time to explain everything clearly and provide mechanic insight on underlying issue with my car. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to leave your car for a diagnostic, but I actually prefer it that way. It allows the mechanic to take the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue rather than rushing through it. Plus, their location is gated, which gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicle is always secure. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I can't make this up. A cat had babies under my hood of my van and these gentlemen took the front of the car apart to get the babies out for free. Even made a box with bedding for me to take them to find another home. Did it for free. Had other shops in the area refused to do it. This was the only one that said yes and did it for free.
