This location used to be great. Today I took it in to get an alignment and they said they couldn't do it because some nuts were loose. Wow, they should just charge me to torque down the nuts and get it done. Instead I have to take it home, torque down the nuts, then find a new shop to do the work because they are not willing to do 10 minutes worth of work. They replaced the tpms sensors while here and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to work on a car thar some idiot pulled behind the truck. Who does this to a customer? Pull that car in somewhere that it won't postpone other vehicles from being released. Its bad enough that I had to wait as long as I did for the tpms sensors.

I was in the waiting area and a worker who was on the phone yelled at another coworker who walked in from outside because he was wearing sunglasses. There was a waiting room with people who witnessed the encounter. It was extremely unprofessional and borderline abusive. It was very uncomfortable to witness. This employee needs training on how to talk to coworkers, especially when there are customers there to witness it.

Under new leadership nobody knows how to do their job not even 4 wheel alignment. Ended up doing front wheel only that ate my rear tires in 3 months. In 2021 they had no problem doing 4 wheel alignment on same vehicle.

Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning at 10am. I dropped my car off at 9am with plans to leave it there so I could wait at home. I was told the alignment can be done quickly but the oil change would take until 3-3:30pm. When I asked if I could prioritize the oil change, I was told no there are people booked for appointments. Which was an interesting thing to say, when I too had an appointment. I've always appreciated the level of customer service Les Schwab provides. But waiting 5 hours for an oil change when I've scheduled an appointment is very poor service. Sad to say I'll never go back to this Les Schwab again.

Alicia does not know a single thing about how to interact with a customer. I wasted 1.5 hours waiting on my alignment to be complete just to hear from another person that they cannot do an alignment on my RV ( they do not have spacers for that). Thank you Alicia for an amazing job of wasting my time, I think you need to find a job on your level.

I brought it for brakes knowing exactly what else was wrong. Theybdid not try to sell me on anything not needed. One motor mount turned into all 4 (again, which were all failed) They advise to replace motor mounts and shocks and nothing more (both were shot) and i approved the mounts only, after picking up the car they did an amazing job at a good price.

This tire shop blew my mind with its exceptional customer service. I was traveling nearby and blew out two of my tires and could not find a replacement anywhere near me (rare tire size). Called them (Parker answered) and he said they’d send a driver to pick up the tires that I needed asap even though it was an hour trip. Got there and Alyssa was extremely professional and helpful to get us back on the road asap. They did exactly what they said they’d do at the exact price they mentioned. No upselling, no hassling, no bs. I never expect a good experience from this type of business but I would highly recommend this location!

I’ve been going to this location for a while now for rotations and oil changes. Today will be the last time unfortunately that I will visit this location. Every single time, they ask me to complete a reservation, and every single time I have to wait for them to pull my car back. On average I’d have to wait about 15 minutes before they took my car back; however today I waited 1.5 hours and no one took my car back. I watched two or three times as people who arrived after me had their cars taken to the back. I ended up asking for my keys and just canceling my appointment because why make customers do a reservation if the time is not going to be honored? It wasn’t until I asked for my keys back that I got a “they’re running a little behind.” Yeah I noticed 💀 It would have been nice to know when I checked in. Or before I even brought my car in, someone could have called and asked me if I would like to reschedule if they were running that far behind. I do love the work that they do, but for those like me whose schedule is always filled with work or school, this place does not honor my reservation times.

This was my first visit to a less Schwab store. I most impressed in my 55 years of life I’ve never been in a more clean store that was professionally ran by people that were friendly and helpful. my appointment was for 8 o’clock for a alignment. I made it online with ease and I left before 9 AM. They explained what was wrong with my car but they did correct it and what I need to do in the future to take care of my car. Very very impressed. Good job.

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience – Will Not Return My recent visit to Les Schwab Tires was nothing short of frustrating, confusing, and ultimately a deal-breaker for ever returning. What should have been a straightforward tire replacement turned into a stressful and misleading experience from the checkout process to the warranty details. It started at checkout, where I was unexpectedly told that a 10% down payment was required to sign up for their credit card. This was never explained by the sales representative during the initial service selection. When I brought it up, Alicea—who was checking me out—implied that I must not have mentioned I planned to apply for credit. I had very clearly discussed it with the rep, who even walked me through where to go online to apply. When I asked if there were any promotional financing offers, he asked Alicea, who responded with “90 days same as cash.” At no point did either of them mention a required down payment. Thankfully, Alicea was able to waive the 10% requirement so the transaction could move forward. However, more confusion followed. When Alicea filled out the warranty paperwork, she listed the tires as having a 50,000-mile warranty. I immediately pointed out that the person who helped me select the tires had shown me—directly on the tire—that they came with a 75,000-mile warranty. That was the main reason I chose them, otherwise I would’ve gone with a more affordable option. Alicea and I went out to inspect the tire, and she explained that because my vehicle is a Ram 2500 (a light truck), it doesn’t qualify for the full 75,000-mile coverage. Again, this was never disclosed during the initial sale and felt extremely misleading. On top of that, I was told the work would be started within 1.5 to 2 hours. That didn’t happen. The delay in getting started pushed the total time well beyond what I was originally told to expect, making the experience even more frustrating. The only positive aspect of the visit was the technician who performed the service. I believe his name was Gustavo, and both he and his partner were exceptionally courteous and professional. Their respectful and friendly demeanor was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing interaction. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to Les Schwab Tires. The lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and overall poor communication made for a very frustrating transaction. If asked for a tire shop recommendation in the future, I will absolutely direct people elsewhere.

Had a blowout on 470 around 5:15 pm today and need my vehicle for a new job I start tomorrow. I was freaking out and called. I spoke with Ellen, who recognized the urgency in my voice. She assured me they could get it fixed today and to head in. Jim was amazing and already knew to expect me. They got me all set up and back on the road within an hour. Justin is the best mechanic I have ever met. I build cars for fun. Although there are things I'd rather pay someone experienced to repair. I have been bringing my cars here to this Les Schwab for a few years now and have been working with this same gentleman. He is always punctual and goes above and beyond. When I leave my car with him, I trust that my car will be safe and taken care of. He's open and honest about the needed repairs. If I have questions, he has the answers. Best mechanic I know.

Had a bent rim and thought I would have to buy a whole new tire. The guy in charge looked at it for about 10 seconds before saying he and his guys could fix it. It was busy, so I ended up waiting for 2 hours, but when the waiting was over, they had my wheel fixed and inflated. Best part, no charge. My only complaint was time, but that’s understandable co side ring it was pretty busy that day. Otherwise, this was probably the best car service I ever received.
