Les schwab is really going down hill one store at a time. I went in to this one at about 4:15 there wasn't anyone there they had a car and pick up in the bays and two car outside . I needed a simple tire rotation on the front two tires she said they were booked up for the rest of the day . I have had a les schwab account since 1980 when they use to go out of there way to help a customer. I guess it's time to find a different store to buy tires from .

The work is pretty good and reliable,, but they can be pricey to uphold their decent warranties. I have been thankful for their tire repair warranty and have been satisfied not having to wake up to tire trouble. Today they fixed my tire without an appointment and no charge. The serviceman worked hard on finding the issue and I appreciate it because working on tires all day is hard work.

I wanna give Steven a 5 star rating! The TPMS Light in my Acura TLX wouldn’t go off and he discovered that it was never removed from the old rim when the previous technician put the new rim on. The place was almost closing yet Steven got it put on for me! Solid guy

Updated 2025 of November. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great variety of tires and products. Great pricing and very good sale items. Nice waiting area, restrooms, large, clean location. Easy access off Bridge St. Love it when you purchase Les Schwab tires and other items, they will check pressure whenever and at any location and fix it. Recently had my 25 ft RV Tires changed out to new, oil change and they checked brakes plus. Great job. Manager Alex friendly and very knowledgeable Thanks again to all the Staff.

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed I went to Les Schwab on October 28th for a tire air leak and waited almost two hours. They told me there was nothing wrong with my tires and sent me away. I had even taken time off work for this. The night before, my tire pressure was down to 12 PSI — I filled it to 35 in the morning, and within a couple of hours it dropped to 24. at Les Schwab Technician was sure there was nothing wrong. (maybe he assumed I was imagining that my tire was down) As soon as I drove off, the air pressure started dropping again. I was upset and didn’t feel safe driving. I stopped at Auto Gear on Garden Highway, and the technician immediately found a nail in my tire — we could even hear the air leaking. They fixed it right away and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Les Schwab completely missed the issue and wasted my time. I won’t be going back.

I have given one star to the Les Schwab because yesterday there was only one problem in our car that was the tire on the inside of our car was more like a worn out then a new one on the outside. Also, it used to pull to the right. But we got all four tires from Les Schwab but still the tire on the inside worn out more and fresh on outside. Yesterday we took our car to them and they made 1000 and 38 dollars and after that they still did not fix anything our car was pulling more to the right but it still pulls it has no effect we have only wasted dollars and cents it has not benefited us then they told use the centimeter was 150 for today’s appointment. Then we went today I gave them the keys and they called me when I reached home and they said your car can’t be fixed because you had an appointment For different reason. We don’t have the parts available we have to order them. My car that pulls on the right side still pulls to the right after paying that much money but today we went to them and they told us that it would cause us $847 dollars. With the alignment. And then I explained them that say that yesterday that your alignment would be under warranty, and today we went there and they were saying that we have to pay $847 dollars with alignment then I explained to them that you had said that it would be under warranty within a few days and the alignment would be free, but after that they still charged us 741 dollars today I don’t understand from 150 dollars to & 741 We had a very bad experience with Les Schwab. We are their long-time customers. But still we had a very bad experience this time.

Their service really sets them apart 💯%. I have also been incredibly happy with the Open Range All-Terrain tires, fantastic 👌🏼. They do complimentary rotate and balance if you have tires from them 🛞. Had an alignment done and it was going to be $119 or but since it checked out clean, they did not charge me. They also have an in-house 5% off parts for military members and veterans with proof of ID. Jake & Johnny did a great job for me today!

Since I had recently been at this location and had service is why I came back. The emergency parking break light kept flickering on and off. Because my brakes had been inspected, I knew I had to get in and find out the issue. The technicians who reviewed my vehicle and repaired it were very through. It was my brake fluid and it was quite low. It should have been found in my 1st visit however it wasn't. And it was this time. I didn't ask the right questions a few weeks earlier and I wasn't finding fault with them for not checking a few weeks earlier. It was a lesson learned by all. My brakes are in excellent condition and my fluid is clean and full. My emergency parking brake light is corrected. I'm consistently pleased with the level of service and professionalism. It's why my brakes and tires are serviced with Les Swab!!

We were visiting in Yuba City in early January 2026 when we noticed our front driver's side tire was low. We were recommended to drive to the nearest Les Schwab Tire Center on Bridge Street. Hunter greeted us immediately and told us we had a screw in our tire. We checked in at the desk and within an hour and half our tire was repaired with no charge. We would highly recommend the service at Les Schwab's.
