I’ve had some pretty crazy things happen at dealerships in the past with my vehicle. I ended up not taking it to the dealership anymore and started taking it to Les Schwab. Both the Herriman location and the South Jordan off Redwood location have been incredible. I don’t feel nervous waiting for my car anymore, it doesn’t take 3 hours for an oil change like it used to at the dealership, and I trust them with my vehicle. The mechanics are always super friendly and listen to my concerns. I even asked about changing my air filter a few appointments ago and they came in and showed it to me, it desperately needed to be changed and I appreciated them showing it to me. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, thank you Les Schwab team for taking amazing care of my vehicle!

I called two days ago with strut issues on my 2022 VW Atlas. I was given the run around from my dealership! So getting parts outside of my dealship was fun, being it is a foreign vehicle. So from first interactions with Ryan, who was helping me the day I called in, to the guy up front (don’t remember his name tag) when I brought my car in, to Jordan? When I picked my car back up, this location, specifically was knowledgeable, had great personalities and had the confidence when talking. They backed their knowledge up by getting the work done efficiently and promptly. May have walked out paying $1309 but it was worth every dime and I feel grateful for the experience I received. We didn't have my tires rotated when I got it back the steering wheel shake so I took it back they examined the tires that were on the back that were now on the front one of them had separated and they refunded me the full price of that and I bought two new tires very quick and easy I had my wife pull her car up they checked all of her tires some were low they were happy to help

I love this Les Schwab tire center, it’s clean, Jordan the store manager always greets his patrons with the utmost respect along with his staff! I live in Tooele , but it’s worth the travel to go to this store ! I’m very grateful to this store went above & beyond to change my oil, oil filter, air filter, rotated my tired, & filled my back up tire without an extra charge!!!! Thank you!!!

2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with a 6 inch lift kit We had two issues with finding a spare tire/wheel that would fit over the larger knuckles on the front of the truck from the lift kit, and still be stored underneath the the bed of the truck as the original spare does so to free up the truck bed for cargo, etc. To solve these problems 1. Gerrod tested the original spare tire to see if it would even fit with the larger lift kit knuckles. (No charge) Original full size spare would not fit on anymore. So we needed to go on with the new larger size wheel. 2. He tested the new larger tire/wheel to see if it would fit underneath the bed of the the truck for storage as the original spare, but the center hole diameter was too large to be secured by the original “wing plate” so Gerrod welded two small metal strips onto the wing plate to extend its length to accommodate the larger hole and safely secure the new spare for storage. This brilliant modification extends the diameter of the lift wings to accommodate the larger center hole of the new larger wheel. It’s rare to have any tire store go to these lengths of effort and service. And to have the skill level and experience to achieve this.

Slooooooowwwwwww! I went in to get one tire changed out. Up front, I told them that I didn’t need an inspection on anything. Alas, that didn’t matter. I was still brought to the counter and given the inspection report. All the problems that I already knew about, but don’t have an interest in fixing. None were safety related. The only positives are these: the bathrooms were nice and clean, they had the tire I wanted, and they provided fresh popcorn sand coffee. That’s about it though. 1 hr. and 30 minutes. Store was not busy.

I’ve been going to this location (on & off) for about 10 years. They’ve pulled nails / patched my tires for free a handful of times even when they’re not their tires. They’ve cleared codes for free when other tire shops dropped the ball & have always been honest when I don’t need oil changes or filters. I don’t feel pressure from upselling. They’re always kind & seem to have integrity.

I was driving my son to his swim lesson and as I was pulling into the parking lot, I stupidly overshot it and ended up on the curve 🤦♀️ Brayden from Les Schwab was driving by and helped me get my car off of the curb and at no charge! He was amazing and it was incredible that he stopped to help me. After the swim lesson, I brought my car in to have them check the alignment. They were so quick and they made sure it was all good. I am really grateful for Brayden and the customer service they offer at Les Schwab South Jordan!

I pulled in to the parking lot and Tony walked right over to me and gave me a great greeting and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed 5 tires for the jeep, he took down the size of the tires and showed me some great choices and the tires they recommended are way better than what was on there. I’m very grateful for his help he is a remarkable man. He cleaned off the paint dots for me when I asked about them. Going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Fast , friendly, professional and educated in the product they are selling. They have a customer for life now with me. I look forward to my next visit there.

I really love how I am treated at Les Schwab! As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating going to mechanic shops, I've had my fair share of negative interactions before! But I've been to this Les Schwab location twice and they are so kind and not condescending when explaining things. I also had them confirm a couple things the dealership had told me were dire things needing fixing and they didn't agree just for a quick buck. I'll be coming here for all my vehicle needs.

I wanted to get 40 inch tires and wheels for my Jeep. Ryan took the time explaining about my different options and once I decided on which ones to get, the tires and wheels came in very quickly. They mounted and balanced them and I haven't had any vibration or problems with them. I would highly recommend this location!
