I booked a 9 o’clock appointment with your dealership. I arrived at 8:50 AM and my automobile sat in the service department until 915 after I went to the front desk and eggs. When was I going to be waited on by a service advisor. Five minutes after that his service advisor came out. My car was completed at 10:25 when they pulled it into the used car parking lot. I did not see a service advisor to pay for the automobile service until 11 o’clock. It was not like he was that busy because I’m looking at him sitting at his desk in his office I don’t know if I was treated this way because I was just getting a oral change, but this was not very good service at all

My service experience with Lexi Able was a joyous experience. He is so caring for the customers and detailed oriented. He picked up on a clitch that happened with one of my services for my pre-owned car and the clutch saved me $740.00. He could have just ignored it but he did the right thing.

As usual, everything was perfect. I went in for a front brake job on my '07 ES at 7:30 am and was told it may not be ready til the afternoon, bur Glen called me at 10:30 am and said it was ready! And they checked everything else as well. Very very satisfied.... Bill 10/8 I came in last Sat. to have a windshield washer motor and driver's side visor replaced. My recent experience was good, but I would typically give Lexus of New Orleans an excellent rating. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they didn’t have me in the system. But, they agreed to take my car in anyway. The price quoted at the original pre-booked appointment was slightly different. Once the customer service rep explained all of the additional services I was OK with the additional charges. The service took almost 3 hours and I was originally told 2-2:30. However, I had plenty of work to do in the private workstations and there was plenty of coffee and snacks. The car came out squeaky clean. All services completed. Overall a good job. But the confusion from the beginning of the appointment was very much out of character in comparison to previous experiences.

The guys in the service department are always so nice. My service consultant, David Nguyen is extremely helpful. He’s so nice. He tries hard to get as much done as possible, even on a busy day. I’m very grateful for him. He brings things to my attention that need to be done, and eases my mind about it all. I’ll be getting tire rotations and oil change shortly, which is why I checked it. They will deal with some recalls soon. I don’t mind the wait. because it’s a pleasure being in that dealership.
