It’s a decent servicing experience at Lexus Stevens Creek. Customer service by Alfonso is outstanding. But they can definitely improve in small gestures like 1. Just charging the electric car, if they gonna keep it the whole day or in my case 3 days. 2. If they claim that they are cleaning inside out then they could also clean cup holders or dashboard… Just something to make customer feel satisfied

I’m a little late getting this out there, but I had to make sure Marco Rodriguez got the credit he deserves. Marco is hands-down one of the best service advisers I’ve ever worked with. Stellar service from Alfonso and the rest of the team at the Lexus service department after a rock start and quick recovery that went beyond expectations. I thought I was going in for a recall notice I had. They thought I was coming in for my 5,000 mile service, I'm at half that which is why I wasn't expecting it yet, but they do it at 6 months if you haven't hit 5,000. I requested a loaner in the text exchange, and they said they would "try" but they're first come first serve, which I thought was odd since I paid for the service package that comes with a loaner. Alfonso explained when I arrived they hadn't scheduled a recall job for me, just 5,000 mile service. He said a loaner wouldn't be available for that because it takes less than an hour. He immediately said let me see what I can do. He came back a few short minutes later and told me they would do everything and managed to find a loaner for me. That was when it went from initially bad to good. As we were doing a walkaround on my car I pointed out a body issue I needed to take care of. This is where it went over the top exceeds expectations. He told me they can do the work, gave a very fair price, a fraction of what I expected, and came up with a schedule that worked for me, covered by a loaner. The results were beautiful - like new. I was so impressed that Alfonso and team were able to work around the communication problem on the initial call, adapt and work me in to cover the recall too, and then return my car to its original look for such a fair price. This is my first Lexus. I've never been treated that well at any other dealer's service department.

My experience with the Lexus Service has been really great for the past year and half. I take any advisor mostly so it’s convenient but the truth is all are great. Depending on the service, if it would take longer like tire changes, they also accommodate rental car etc. as needed. So, overall I think they have been really great at customer service. Their price is competitive to any Lexus services anywhere and they also do small extras that I think make them exceptional and keep the Lexus brand difference alive.

I recently brought my Lexus in for service because I was hearing an annoying squawking noise coming from the brakes. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt smooth and professional, exactly what you hope for when servicing a luxury vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Samson Du, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to really listen to my concerns about the brake noise and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed or rushed. Not only did they take care of the brake issue, but during the inspection they also found a nail in one of my tires. I had no idea it was there, so I really appreciated how thorough they were. They patched it up during the same visit, which saved me from a bigger problem later on. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and genuinely customer focused. Samson kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress free. It is always reassuring to know your car is in good hands. When I picked up my car, I also wanted to know where I could buy touch up paint for a few small areas on the hood of my car that needed to be touched up. I changed my *fave* service location to this one after trying 3 different locations. The service rep Marcos Rodriguez was the reason I prefer going here now since last year. He's super professional, efficient, AND friendly. I've encountered at least 6 different reps in the past 4yrs and he's gotta be the best one! (And I AM VERY PICKY per what my husband says ^^) Just being honest when I say he's just good at what he does and has all the answers to any question I have. Currently, my husband and I own Lexus vehicles and our next car will probably be another Lexus (without a doubt). I am impressed with my recent maintenance visit to the Santa Clara Lexus dealership. My service writer, Kunal Pabla, approached my vehicle and patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns and addressed each with care. He was also willing to speak with anyone within my family or friend circle who could help describe and offer input and context. It wasn’t needed, as he examined all aspects of the situation at hand and made sure I understood next steps. I remain pleasantly surprised with the efficiency in which the team worked, online and via text with easy to peruse documentation and pictures with clearly defined overviews of the proposed work order. Kunal obtained my permission with a signature before starting work, including costs. A loaner car was readily given for free to help me move along with my day. The work was cost effective and timely and was communicated to me the entire time. My car was returned clean and in better condition than when it was dropped off. I am thankful to have met Kunal and his able team to help the health of my car so it runs like a champ for many years to come. I love my 2015 Lexus IS 350 , which I bought from this dealership with the plastic unwrapped right before my eyes.
