Honestly one of the best auto repair shops in upstate NY. Was able to get my car back to looking brand new after my accident and didn’t try to rip me off like all the other shops around. He was honest and did great work. This will be my go to spot from here on out. My first time going to a mechanic and I knew I was in good hands! They’re the best at what they do. They were incredibly honest and transparent about the repairs needed on my car. Ganesh walked me through everything step by step(with videos and everything). He truly knows his stuff. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very fair. They are amazing!! I highly recommend if you need a perfect mechanic service. They’re always so nice, friendly, very patient, and of course fastest work done that I could ever had for cars. Every time I visit, he explained in every detail - what’s going on with my car and some suggestions - which makes me feel like my safety is very well taken care of as my car literally takes me everywhere. I’m so beyond grateful that I have met Ganesh, he’s honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and gets the job done quick. I literally know nothing about cars yet he explains things very thoroughly for me to understand. He doesn’t get irritated or annoyed or makes me feel bad about the excessive questions I have. He’s taken care of my first ever car so well. I know I can rely on him whenever. He always gets me in super quick, listens to all my concerns and fixes them and reassures me. His prices are so incredible and so affordable I don’t even write many reviews But had to for his hard work and so other people can be as lucky as I! It’s very hard to find good mechanics that don’t take advantage and don’t screw you over especially as a woman that doesn’t have much knowledge on cars.

They’ve always done work to all my cars and every time they do not disappoint. My car sat for 3.5 years with unknown issues and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a day and I’ve never had any issues with the car ever since. First time customer. Totally impressed and satisfied. Expert diagnostics and repair. Saved me over $1000 compared to what the dealer wanted to do. The dealer hadn't even run the tests that Limitless did and just quoted me a for a bunch of standard maintenance service that wouldn't have fixed my problem. Limitless ran extensive diagnostics, identified the problem and fixed at a reasonable cost. Couldn't be happier. My go to place for service from now on.

These guys were great. I explained to them how my 540 had been shifting horribly and jerking after maintenance was performed by another mechanic. I suspected the transmission fluid to be low. Not only did they change my fluids, they noticed other issues with the vehicle and recommended what to do from there. Honest and reasonable people, only complaint is timing/how long it took to schedule the car for service.
