Worst set of salespeople ever. Volvo is a good car but I wouldn’t buy from this dealership. If their service is as bad as the sales experience you are asking for problems. Rude and elitist.

From the second floor of a coffee shop across the street I watched my Volvo sit in the parking lot for 2 hours, during which time it only moved while I spent no more than 5 minutes in the bathroom. I was there for my free 10,000 mile service which includes a comprehensive inspection and and oil change. It is possible that the technicians at this location are NASCAR trained and can complete all of the stated work in the time it takes someone to go to the bathroom, but I doubt it. I sat, watching my non-moving Volvo for almost an hour after I went to the bathroom and texted my service rep that if the service was going to take more than the quoted 2 hours that I would need a ride to the military base where I work and, surprise, I immediately got a phone call saying my Volvo was done and ready. Either that phone call should have happened an hour earlier, or my car was never, in fact, worked on. I brought up my concerns when I picked up my car and was shrugged off with "well, I told you the service could take up to 2 hours" and "I just take the tickets given to me by the techs when they're done." My trust in this location is severely eroded and makes me wonder if the inspection "results" they sent me are fake and if they really changed my oil.

We had a wonderful experience with Mike Hannon, our customer service representative! He was patient and made the car-buying process enjoyable. Additionally, Robert Kirksey facilitated a smooth transaction and provided excellent explanations for our financial inquiries. Grateful for their expertise and service!

My car battery was bad, and the battery indicator light came on and off. Sometimes, the car wouldn't start. I made an appointment for the Lindsay Volvo service center to check it out. Instead of telling me I needed to replace the battery, the technician blamed the accessories (dashcam, charger, etc.) for draining the battery. They told me the battery was healthy and instructed me to uninstall all aftermarket accessories. They charged me $199 for the diagnosis fee without telling me upfront. I had my car back, and the battery light came on again, so I let the nearby Independent auto repair shop diagnose the problem, and I was told that my battery was bad and needed a new battery. Then, I called Lindsay Volvo service center about this, and they wanted to charge me roughly $600 to replace the genuine battery. The nearby independent repair shop installed a new battery (non-factory) for only half of what Lindsay Volvo asked for. After installing the new battery, the car has been running just fine. Lesson learned, Lindsay Volvo service center will not only blame other stuff for the problems they can't pinpoint, but also charge diagnosis fees for doing nothing to the repair. Beware!

I chose Lindsay Volvo service to repair my S90 due to a leak coming from the sunroof. After paying over $5,000, the rear A/C vent was not reinstalled, and I got the car back with wind noise coming from the sunroof after 50mph. On top of that, the interior of the car was returned dirtier than I left it. Excellent service. Thank you.
