It took forever to do the oil change - from 10:30 to 2 pm with a scheduled visit. I asked them not to do rotation - they still did it… Took another hour to reverse the rotation back. It’s 3 pm I am still here…. The price for oil change was $175 - higher than in other places… Never coming here again.

My XT5 had an A/C issue. They quickly found the problem took care of it but this is where I decided to rate them a 5. The service Manager and Service Writer Michelle went above and beyond by calling the previous service center and having them pay the bill, because it was a repair that was wasn’t done correctly. Thank you all for getting my Caddy back on the road!!!

John Perry is the worst service advisor. Will find another dealer to use after my experience with him. Gave wrong part number and later wanted to meet in person presumably to beat me up? You can’t make this up at @Lindsey Cadillac

I leased a 2020 Escalade in February 2020 from Lindsay Cadillac. Because of Covid, I wasn’t using 1/3 of the mileage I contracted for, so in 2022, I negotiated to purchase the vehicle. I signed up for an enhanced maintenance contract— Bill Willey worked with me. This past week, I called Lindsay Service to determine the amount of complimentary oil changes I had left. I was told by a service technician that I had three more free services. I made an appointment for oil change (the oil life indicator showed 16 %.) They charged my grandson $167 for the oil change and said my service contract expired in February??? That was the three year anniversary of my original lease?? The charges on the work order don’t match the amount billed?? Moreover, the oil change took 4 hours!!! I’ve had similar long waits in the past for a simple oil change, which is ridiculous!! I was contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle very soon. My bad experiences has convinced me to not deal with Lindsay Cadillac—perhaps not even another Cadillac dealer. I think I’ll look at a Navigator??

I can never get a loaner even if I schedule one in advance, also takes hours for a simple oil change and days to over a week for warranty fixes. Service is terrible and they just shrug their shoulders and say too bad. Will never buy anything Cadillac again due to the service experience. Experiences at Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, and Porsche are incredible

Very disappointed in the service here. I brought my car in for a minor software issue. It took three days for them to resolve the problem. I understand that they had to speak directly to GM, but they did not communicate with me over those three days. No one texted or called me any of those three days to provide any updates. I had no idea when I was going to get my car back which makes it very hard to plan for alternative transportation. I had to call each day and be passed around to various employees. I would expect much better service and communication, especially because Cadillac is supposed to be a premium brand. I had much better service at a Ford dealership with a prior car I owned.

I had my Lyriq serviced at Lindsey's Cadillic and I was not pleased with my experience at all. First, when I arrived to drop off the car when Brandon came to take over from the gentleman that offered to help me because Brandon wasn't at his desk, I felt as though I was not welcome or something. It was no greeting or anything. After I told him what I was there for (recall and 10000 miles service, he instructed me that service wasn't due for another 4.000 miles. I was there and not want to come again some. Anyway, after getting picking up my car from service the next day, on my way home a check time monitor came on. When I did reach Brandon this morning, he said, I guess you need to bring it back for them to check it again. No apologies that it would be an inconvenience for me or anything, JUST BRING IT BACK. Lindsey's Cadillac is the Dealer that I bought the car from. It is not the closest Cadillac dealer to where I live. I really like my sales person, but it is going to be hard for me to go out of my way to go back for service.

1 star – If I could give zero, I would. Lindsay Cadillac of Alexandria gave me the WORST service experience of my life. I took my brand new Escalade IQ in for two issues: A squeak I personally traced to the sunroof area A non-working right signal lamp At my appointment, the advisor Zee test-drove the car and insisted I leave it so a technician could inspect. I told him clearly the noise came from the sunroof, but he dismissed that. There was no loaner available, so I had to reschedule to April 1st when one would be. I left my vehicle for two weeks. When I finally got it back, the squeak was still there, the signal issue wasn’t fixed, and worst of all — there was an ugly scratch on the passenger rear door that was NOT there before. I contacted Zee immediately — no response, no apology, nothing. Just two days later, the squeak returned. I then took the vehicle to Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis — they diagnosed the issue (faulty roof retainers) within a day, got the parts in two days, and fixed it right away. Problem solved — by professionals who actually know what they're doing. Lindsay Cadillac’s service department is unprofessional, careless, and completely unqualified. They wasted my time, damaged my car, and refused to take any responsibility. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I purchased my first car in 1985. I have owned multiple vehicles since then. Those vehicles have in included GM products (Pontiac (2) Chevy (3) and Cadillac (3)), Acura (1), Mercedes Benz (2) and Toyota (1). Needless to say, I have taken those vehicles in for service more times than I can remember. However, I must say that this experience was head and shoulders above all the others. A special thanks to my service advisor, Mr. John Perry, and everyone that I encountered during my first visit to Lindsay Cadillac Service Center. It will not be my last visit. Thank you.

professional, friendly, clean large waiting room. I was concerned after reading the negative reviews, but this place was great. I came from out of town and my battery failed. They replaced it, as well as performed several recalls, within the time they promised, under warranty and returned the car clean. I would definitely return here and would refer people here if they need a Cadillac service center in the DC area.

This service center is terrible, damaged my vehicle while my car was in the shop and tried to get me to pay for it , very slow with service. I dropped my car off on a Saturday it has been a whole week later still haven’t received a loaner car but when a colleague of mine dropped theirs they magically had loaner cars available. They aren’t responsive take days to get back to you at times. And say things prematurely which they wind up lying about (told me inspector would be in on Monday he didn’t come to Thursday ) and I called my warranty company for proof. And said the call wasn’t made til Wednesday. I do not recommend and the other reviews about them damaging your vehicle and being slow 110% TRUE.

Thank you to ALL of the other reviewers, for giving me the courage to say what my experiences have always been here with Lindsay!!! I just thought that it was just Me or the things that was being said is just the way that it was because I trusted Lindsay because of how long I have been going there. I see now that I have been just strung along! However, I have been coming here for quite SOME time now and I have taken my truck to another place within just the last year or 2 because I was told "for the age of my vehicle, I can really find somewhere cheaper to take it" and when I did....that place pointed out to me work that Lindsay was paid to do that was Never done OR either the other company IS just as bad for lying. There are things that I have taken my truck to Lindsay for and Never worked ever since from the next day of being serviced BUT because Lindsay made it sound like it would cost a fortune to have the issue fixed and the age of my truck....( I felt like having it fixed welllll I might as well purchase another vehicle) when it was not that at all.

It's a dealership, so of course it's pricey, but I bring my Caddy here religiously. They do good work. They're not too pushy. Occasionally they will offer some over priced service but when you refuse they just move on and I always appreciate that. I've had my Caddy for about 8 years and they have kept it running smoothly. I'll be back in 6 months for my next checkup.
