Due to all the construction in the region, I have had many flat tires due to nails, screws, etc. getting into my tires and I have come to this place for over 10 years. When I moved away I tired other stores and I always felt like I was over sold, but not these people. They are honest and hard working people. They have always done what was best for me and never tried to over sell me. They are quick and and their work is very solid. I drive over 30 minutes to come here because they are the ones I trust the most to fix my tires. Great staff and very efficient, I highly recommend.

Owner, Tony, is very rude and argumentative. One of his mechanics showed me that my two front tires were ballooning up on the inner sidewall and when Tony was shown this, he immediately started to say it was my fault. The tires were 14months old and installed and balanced here. Then he proceeded to tell me that the tires were not under warranty so he was not willing to do anything for me. He told me I had to call the manufacturer to see if they were willing to do something. Now mind you, at this point I had not said one thing yet. Now I was in shock. How do I seperate the walls in the tire? How was it my fault? The tires were sold to me under the guise of being under 50k mile warranty. Few moments later, as I was talking with the mechanic, Tony came back and told me that they actually WERE under warranty but I would have to be reimbursed when the manufacturer sends him the prorated check. Wow. What a classy guy with a classy business! Unbelievable. He told me I can come back in two weeks to pick up the check so two weeks go by and no check. I am not surprised or amused. I will wait one more week then contact the Better Business Bureau and file my complaint with them. Good riddance!

Been (WAS) going to this shop for years and singing their praises for tire prices, but I now realize it's because they were selling me cheap FALKEN tires for just a little bit less for my Mazda that made it seem like a good discount. I don't like to write reviews to shade businesses, but felt the need to after reading other comments on the owner (Tony). Tony, don't let your greed ruin what good little thing you have. I called his shop yesterday to ask for a quote to do all of my brakes on my car and new tires. First thing out of his mouth was, 'You need to bring it in so I can look at it and see the VIN'. I leave work early and get to his shop where there were no cars in the bay and tell him it's here. He peeps out at my car and says it'll be about $2K. I laugh and say that you told me to bring it by an dI left work to do that and now 1 glance pops out a $2K. Bummer. I then ask for tire pricing on run flat tires and he pops out another $2K almost. I say $4K is a little steep and that I'm a repeat customer. I also break out my laptop to show him 4 run flats for half that price. He goes into argument mode and says 'NO WAY' and if I buy them, he'll give me $100. I politely tell him that I'm not a tire dealer and we wouldn't be making that deal. In the end, after I'm tired of hearing his wolfing; he calls his mechanic out to give me a quote on just installing the brakes, if I brought them in. His mechanic goes and looks at my car again and says $500. Welp, all the brake parts cost under $800, so doing the math...thats $1300. I get in my car to leave and he's wolfing to another employee about me and what I was trying to do with pricing, like a high school kid. They were literally looking at me shaking their heads like I did something wrong. NO. CRAZY. Shame on you for running a business this way. You'll never see me or my family in your shop again.

I came in after noticing a slow leak and I was charged $50 for a patch. The technician went over the PSI by about 8, and didn’t bother to tell me that there was a nail in the tire that was not fixable. I ended up at Costco a day later, where it was identified, communicated clearly, and changed out.

Today my fiancé and I were at a loss. We were driving on the interstate trying to make a few extra bucks via door dash, and hit something on the road. It blew one of our back tires and one of our front tires. We put a patch on one and the spare on the other. Unfortunately, the patch didn’t hold. We were at a loss. We pulled over and this guy came driving up in a car and asked if we were okay. He got us a temporary patch and tried to help us with the car. This man’s name is Robert and he works for Beltway Discount tires. Robert helped us until we got the situation with our car fixed and all he asked for in return was a nice review. I highly recommend Beltway Discount Tires. They’re very helpful and helped us when we didn’t know what to do.

Don’t come here they’ll over charge you and force u to change thighs u don’t need to. Plus $4 if u leave your flat tire with them. I literally just had to get that bald tire from them which they referred to a used one. Told me on the phone it’s $60 plus taxes. Ended up paying $76 stay away

I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. I’m a price comparer because I want to make sure I get a good deal and this place always has better pricing than Costco. I also had a situation with one of my tires and Tony replaced it with no questions asked because it was under the Hercules warranty. Highly recommend!

Have noticed some strange sound from the tires while rolling down the high way, pulled into Beltway Discount Tires for a quick check for safety reasons. Much to my surprise I found the most caring and fast service at a price much better than my last tire shop! The technician expertly did a complementary (free) check of my tires, suspension, alignment. Replaced the 2 worn tires complete with free installation and balance (with free tire rotation included). The car now runs like a charm. Highly recommended if you need tire services, this is the place you want to be.

I called to try and schedule an appointment, and the person on the other end asked me the size of the tire. I said I wasn't sure, and he rudely told me to "Find out and call back, it's on the side of the tire." I looked up the information, which only took a few minutes, called back and was greeted by an automated answering service saying that they screen their calls, and my number had been blocked.

Recommended by tirerack and my favorite shop (only shop in the immediate area that can mount larger tires). The staff are nice, the manager (owner?) not so much. $100 dollars later and my tirerack ordered tires were on my wheels, but 3 out of 4 wheels were damaged. I called and talked to the owner about the damage. He told me that his machines don't scratch wheels. I beg to differ. I will update this review if they fix the damage. I won't be taking a risk with this shop again.

I love visiting Beltway Discount Tires. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and honest. They even noticed I’d been a victim of overcharging by another shop in Alexandria, when I asked them to check an unrelated issue, they uncovered that the other shop had billed me $2,900 for work that wasn’t done. I wouldn’t have known this without lifting my truck myself. I’m grateful and glad to know there are business people who truly value integrity. I will always come to them in the future.
