Same day appointment, 1 hour installation, window rolls perfectly with no issues yet. Apple Pay is accepted here, my total was $155. They vacuumed most glass that was inside the door but didn’t get all of it. When I shake my door I can hear some glass pieces rattling. They did mention they weren’t going to be able to get everything out however I’m sure if it happened to their own car they’d be sure to get every shard. My door panel was also placed on the asphalt with nothing underneath it, not a huge deal but it rubbed me the wrong way. Small waiting area, just took a trip across the street and visited the stores.

Pretty Quick and easy going to get what I needed. However, quality of work could be better. My previous rear windshield was broken 1/3 of the way (one with a slider) and I know for a fact there weren't any glass pieces laying around since I vacummed it. Guys left glass all over, weren't even nice enough to put the rear headrest how they were before (on the seats and not on the center console). Also left a noticeable dent on the headliner.

I got an over the phone quote from Low Price Auto Glass for what i thought was $300 but the cashier accent over the phone was $700. I got there and asked for an invoice listing the services & cost but was refused (I thought that was strange). I allowed them to replace my windshield and, stupid me, I should have confirmed the price (always confirm the price in writing). When i picked up the car I was charged $700. I should have trusted my instincts when I saw that no costumers were there when I dropped off/picked up my vehicle and no invoice listing the services/price. Invoice: Windshield = $219.00, labor 3.3 hrs = $450.00, urethane = $11.99. Safelite replaced my windshield in the past in 1 hour. I dropped off my car at Low Price at 10am and picked up at noon....thats 2 hrs but i got charged for 3.3 hrs. I should have gone to Safelite Glass for the $300 price quote.

OK so I was in a super bad luck in SF cuz my glass got busted and those criminals took my backpack and my stuff... I found this place the next day, fixed my rear window glass with a reasonable price, and it only took 20 minutes! I just called and they gave me the quote, no surprising charges at all, you don't have to reserve or book. Just show up and these hardworking guys will take care of your car! It went from having a bad day to a amazing day! Low price auto glass is the best auto glass in town. Not only are they reliable but they are quick and efficient. And have the best prices too! I called for a quote and right away they where able to help me, to book a appointment at my own time. And gave me a quick run down of the warranty and the product they use. As soon as I did I showed up at the time they booked my appointment. And with in an hour and a half or less they where done! Took care of the cleaning, vacuming and left it next like new. Or should I say "like nothing happen". I'm really satisfied and recomend this to everyone. Just wish I could give them more then 4 stars. I would defenetly come back no questions ask. Have your moneys worth, and be attended by really amazing customer service . They employees are really friendly and humble. And they are really clean organized and professional. Go to the one at 1065 Commercial Street. You'll thank me later. These guys will swindle you, cheat you, quote you a price but when they start they work, they will claim its more expensive and say, "we already started the work so we can just leave it without the glass," for not agreeing on the new price. Quote from Veeve (tech) - "we do not need to let the owner know we just fix the glass and you pay or we will leave your car with the work partially done." Here is the kicker - The gentleman who was kind enough to take my vehicle to get the glass fixed is black. On they way out of the repair shop, he said, "you should go to OAKLAND because we don't have that problem around here...." He also wanted to let him know "women from where he is from do not get to speak this way..." My friend responded - "women in this country have a backbone." Not only was the service absolutely abhorrent, the technician was out of line. I hope the owner will at least respond and fire this terrible person who treats customers like this.

Looked around for a front window replacement from a chip I had that turned into a 2 inch crack which expanded to over 12 inches after a week. Found Low Price Auto Glass on Yelp and from the name and reviews I gave it a shot. Their price was extremely cheap and the quality of work was amazing. I came in at 3pm and was told it would take an hour but it was 30 minutes. The total cost with tax was about $215. Keep in mind I was a walk in too. I recommended this place for those who need a window replacement.

I had my right side front window broke out a couple nights ago so I came in to get a quote today. They were friendly, they gave me a good price so I had them do the work.
