We went from feeling completely frightened and frazzled to feeling utterly safe and relieved in just 24 hours. That was due to this AAA approved top notch shop. This team was there for us from the minute we walked in at 7:30 on a Monday morning to that same afternoon at 3:30. We were out of town visiting family when our vehicle had an issue that needed immediate attention. We did not have to wait, we did not need to rent a car. That is truly an amazing experience. If you are thinking about the best shop for your vehicle, this is it!! No question about it. Unbelievable ethic, communication, conversation. James and Juan Diaz are really good at their job. The customer service was amazing and friendly, and understood and made sure to write down all of my concerns including out of office texts to change the plan and the original estimate. The alignment, transmission service, and multi point check was really worth the money and made my car so much better already! Don’t look any longer, if you need a mechanic, this is the place to go! Some things that you can do yourself are a little over priced but as long as you know some youtube and car knowledge you’ll still get a crazy bang for your buck. They’re highly experienced and never added extra to the estimated price. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Updated review: I contacted my insurance provider to express my concerns about my vehicles repairs and my insurance approved me to return to get the repair properly done. Upon my returning to this shop the Asian man with long hair (unfortunately I didn't get his name) told me that he does not like my review and I should remove it. I felt intimidated and threatened by the way he addressed me. I was surprised that he would confront me in such a way. I have a right as a consumer of a service or product to review however I feel appropriate. Since I am now not only dissatisfied but offended and felt threatened I will report them to consumer affairs and the BBB (Better Bussiness Bureau) just to create awareness. I do not want anyone to experience the terrible service that I did. Initial review: I was sent to this repair shop by Statefarm (my vehicle's insurance provider) to get repairs on my vehicle. This company took over a month to get my vehicle repaired and even when the "repairs" were done I noticed that my windshield had little dings on it. All else aside they seemed irritated each and every time I had called to follow up on the status of the repair. This is my only vehicle and the insurance only covers rental vehicles for so long. Everything that was supposed to be repaired according to the insurance company's quote didn't seemed to be repaired in a legitimate manner. I do not reccomend coming to this particular shop to get you vehicle repaired because of my dissatisfied visit.

It pains us to write this, as we’ve been loyal customers for years. However, we need to express our extreme frustration with the recent service experience involving our Subaru. We brought the car in on August 25th based on your recommendation to replace the radiator and thermostat. At the time, there were no urgent issues, but we trusted your judgment as our long-standing service provider. What followed was deeply disappointing. After the repair, the AC stopped working the very next day. You asked us to bring the vehicle back and diagnosed hose leaks. The car remained with you for nearly two weeks. While we appreciated the loaner, it had oil issues, forcing us to change plans for a long weekend until a rental was arranged. When we finally picked up the car on Friday, September 5th, we were told it had been fully tested. Yet the check engine light came on immediately. Though Phil attempted a fix, the light returned as soon as we got home. We messaged your team, but the shop was closed for the weekend, leaving us with no support. Throughout the weekend, the light remained on, engine noise worsened, and we couldn’t safely exceed 60 mph on the freeway. It was incredibly stressful and felt unsafe. We do want to thank Kay for promptly handling the rental car issue. However, the overall experience has been unacceptable and uncalled for. We urge your team to improve your processes, conduct more thorough checks before returning vehicles, and train staff to address issues proactively—not just after customers escalate concerns. Sadly, this experience has cost you a loyal customer. We are extremely disappointed.

I needed to get my brakes and transmission fluid replaced. I originally took my car to a different auto shop to get a quote which roughly came out to $900 for both services. My family has been using Michaels for auto body work but decided to get a quote for mechanical services. The quote came in around $200 less than the original mechanic. Needless to say I took my car to Michael’s. Bill was extremely helpful in providing quotes over the phone. Greatly appreciate the transparent pricing, fast service, and friendly staff. Michaels will be my go to mechanic for all our cars.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at here. My car was in for repairs for two weeks, but upon pickup, I found clear defects in the paint in the accident area. Despite giving them a second chance to fix it, I was called the same day only to find the same defects still there. They have wasted my time twice now by claiming the car was 'ready' when it clearly was not. I would not recommend this shop if you expect quality workmanship or respect for your time."they should improve their quality,work and employees skills.Don’t get fooled by their good reviews

I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here. From the moment I called to schedule, the team was professional and clear about what to expect. When I arrived for my appointment the staff welcomed me and took time to explain everything they would do, which made me feel confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. My family and I have been coming to Michael & Co for over 15 years, and they’ve truly been our go-to for everything from regular maintenance to major body work. They know my dad well and always ask how he’s doing whenever I stop by—there’s a real sense of community here that you just don’t find everywhere. Over the years, they’ve handled just about everything for us: full body work, bumper replacements and repainting, new tires, annual maintenance, dry belts, thermostat and coolant systems, alignments, brake jobs, oil changes—you name it. Most recently, they replaced and repainted a rear bumper we originally thought could be buffed out, and the results were flawless. What I appreciate most is their balance of quality, reliability, and fairness. Even when bills add up (as they inevitably do with car repairs), they’re very affordable compared to others in the area, and the work is always worth it. The only downside is that they’re not open on weekends, which can make scheduling tricky. But Phil, Lyn, and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to accommodate and ensure your car gets the care it needs. If you’re looking for a shop that’s trustworthy, thorough, and has long-term customer relationships in mind, Michael & Co is the one.
