My 4 wheeler was there for a year and everytime I call the guy says he still haven't got to it yet and then one time he said I was next so I called 2 weeks later he says he still haven't got to it yet so I finally went and picked it up untouched bad place to take your stuff.

Could not get a quote over the phone for some reason, but the manager told me that he had some used parts and would take care of me and treat me right, so I had to go to the shop just to get a price. Then I waited an hour while they talked to friends before I could get helped, once he found an old used part to match mine he tried to charge me 75% of the new price! What a terrible experience.

He doesn’t even deserve a one he had our side by side for a year. He said he couldn’t get the part kept putting us off. We picked it up my husband fixed it all it was was a fuel pump. This guy is horrible

Had My quad for months. Never touched it. When dropped off originally, he said, "can't get to it today, but first thing monday" at the 1 month mark.. he told me "I haven't touched it, I'm waiting on parts" I asked him how much the parts were going to cost. He told me he'd call me back with a price. A week later I had to call HIM back and he sounded inconvenienced. A week later I inquired again about the parts, progress, and pricing. He informed me again, he'd call me back. A week later I had to call HIM back AGAIN! He told me, he didn't know, and to come pick it up. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Left the quad outside with the snorkel off....intake nd breather filled up with water. Thanks!

Took my Grandfathers Four-wheeler End of February said that he could get right to it. For the next 2 1/2 months we would call once a week maybe once every two weeks but he would constantly say “You have 4 ahead of you.” Then the next week it was, “ I just ordered the part and should get it in next week.” We didn’t call for two weeks and then he said there were more in front of us. Btw he never even touched it other then moving it out into the rain and didn’t even help put the non-running four wheeler onto the trailer it’s not like he didn’t have a forklift just stood there but very rude and didn’t do jack squat it’s a waste of breathe and should really look at his reviews all the same other than his friends. I would recommend Spartan motorsports. We took it to them looked at it the day we brought it and told us exactly when we could pick it up wasn’t in his shop a week.
