When I bought my rims, awesome service. Few months later I lost a wheel cap. Owner said he order me one. It was the wrong one. He took it back and "ordered" the right one. 3 months later never got it. I ordered 4 from another place got em in 2 days. Also I got 4 for the price of 1. Owner didn't seem to care.

Great friendly family owned business. The owner Mr. Joe was great and knowledgeable as far as when I couldn't decide he took time out to explain what tire would suit me better as well as showing me the difference in quality of tires. Pricing too high do not stand behind what they sale. Go to Big 5 across the street. They were fabulous. I needed tires even when I worked at the Tire Depot. They are afraid of losing their 65% markup on an employee.

Hands down the best place in or near Longview to get your rims or tires! The owners are great people, friendly and professional! They are informational and helpful, I definitely recommend Tire Depot to any and everyone! If they don't have what you need in stock, it won't take them long to get a hold of it! I am so in LOVE with my rims!

I Just moved to east tx and I was on a time crunch looking for a place that was actually able to align and balance my tires for my truck that’s lifted before traveling for work. Called them and within 15 minutes of the call I pulled in and they were on it! The service was nothing but exceptional and quick! Had such a great experience the first time that I went back when the time came for new tires and once again the customer service was top notch. They were Very knowledgeable and helpful on showing me the different tires available to order that helped me find the Best tires for what I needed. Ordering thru them was seamless and the next day they were very prompt on taking care of me by putting them on quickly!

I would highly recommend Tire Depot. Joe and the entire staff were great. As a single woman, I felt respected and comfortable. Joe explained what needed to be done without mansplaining. He and his technicians answered all my questions and did a great job with my car. It was a nice day so I decided to sit outside to wait for the work to be done. Joe immediately offered to bring a chair outside for me. Happy I found this place! Job well done Tire Depot!

I came in not knowing why my tires kept deflating so fast and they told me I had a leak in my tires. I was so embarrassed but they took care of me. I've been going to Discount Tire for years but I recently needed tires and they quoted me pretty high. I shopped around and found Tire Depot! They saved me over $200 on really great high quality tires! Joe and Amanda were so friendly and highly knowledgeable. Not only did they save me money, but I hardly had to wait anytime at all for the tires to get put on. Definitely give these guys a shot! They are very professional!

Highly recommend! Great hospitality, excellent customer service, honest, fair, and fast. I purchased my rims and tires at another place down the road and they sent me somewhere else to have them put on. Well the rims rubbed bad and neither place suggested spacers. Paid another tire shop to take them off and then a fourth place to take my sensors out. At that point I thought I was going to have to purchase another size of rims and tires. I went to Tire Depot expecting to buy a whole new set but Joe immediately told me he could fix it for me without me having to purchase another set. He could have easily sold me a whole new set of rims and tires but instead he fixed the problem that 4 other places couldn’t and had me ready in under 2 hours. THIS is the kind of service I appreciate. Thank you for everything!

Great place and even better prices! Last year or so I got new tires and a leveling kit from them and they have been great! I recently have gone back and bought anther set from! Super great customer service! They helped me pick out great tires each time. I won't go anywhere else! They even have services they go through for payments that are super easy to set up if you are in a bind.
