There are only a handfull of main car battery manufacturers they're just rebranded labels when it comes to wet lead acid, you're just paying for the warranty, these guys eat, breathe, & sleep batteries. Reasonable price and great warranty I will be buying my batteries from them.

My husband went to buy a battery they were a whole lot cheaper than Auto Zone. Great customer service, the tech ran into some issues removing the battery, was very thorough. The tech stated the battery post needed two screws we purchased the screws & the battery was installed. Most definitely would recommend Tri-State Battery for your battery needs.

As an employee for the biggest & BEST self storage company here in Longview, I needed help with batteries on a properties golf cart. I have been going to Tri-State for years for all my batteries. As luck would have it I needed to replace the house batteries on my RV. I was going to replace them with the same brand, but explained to me that the quality of the ones I was replacing had gone down significantly. They sold me another set that was made in the US and I am very happy with them. They tell you like it is and give you accurate information about what to buy. Great customer service and there are always willing to answer all my questions. They even take old batteries for recycling.

Great Service!!! I went in to buy a battery for my car. The young lady informed me that the battery which I was replacing was still under warranty with another company and to check with them about replacing the battery. I really appreciate her informing me of this. She could have easily sold me a battery and sent me on my way, but this shows she is all about customer service!! I purchased a battery in February. First day I purchased got it to the mechanic with the truck. Battery wasn't any good. I took the battery back the same day of purchase. They said it was good. Do whatever they do send it back with me. I'll take it back to the mechanic which is 1 hour one way. He called me 3 weeks later when he tries the truck battery isn't any good so I bring the battery back. They check it stranger. The battery is dead now. No good so they replaced it. I've paid for 6 months warranty on a bad battery and they said there's nothing they can do

Started stocking their batteries the batteries were fine for a cheap battery. The route guys were fine. They did a good job but the office At least that’s what I kept getting told kept charging me for batteries that I did not get and they continue to charge me for batteries that I did not get. Then put past due on the outside of an envelope. I would not buy one of there , batteries, if it was the last one in the world. Weren’t very good and their practices seem shady(and yes, so you know one of their employees agreed that I did not get the batteries they were charging me for)
