I thought he did a great job and was very reasonable with what he charged. While in a Tucson RV park, my neighbor accidentally scratched the nose of my 5th whl. There were a few deep scratches, Lupe came out with his son, evaluated, quoted, and agreed to do it on site. He used paint samples to get a close match, then custom mixed to get an exact match. Knowing I was here only for 10 days he got out here and had it done in a few days.

I made a contract with this company and Lupe to finish body work and paint my car, it was for $ 6000.00 and another $880.00 for paint in cash, I asked him why the extra for paint and he said that was how he charged. I should have known better, but he was starting his paint/repair business and when he communicated that he was a PROFESSIONAL painter and body person and he would need three months to complete I TRUSTED him. Was I ever wrong, this individual is not HONEST or TRUSTWORTHY and definitely does not deliver a PROFESSIONAL job. After he contacted me to move my car from his home garage to his shop he just built, I asked him about a paint booth, he stated that he would insure no dust would be present on the paint job. To add to this bad review Lupe supposedly does not speak English, I speak some Spanish but do lose a lot when conversing with him, he uses his son to translate, Lupe can certainly know how to count cash but not speak English. Anyhow he called me and asked for more time and another $180.00 for more paint . Here it was in April the 4th month and he still wanted more time and money . When all was done I finally received my car on 23 April 2023, and I noticed numerous discrepancies and over spray and he stated I had agreed to him doing those different paint flaws, example, he did not clear coat the underside of the engine hood, did not match the color of the inside of the trunk or clear coat, along with numerous flaws such as not painting the trim and other areas. I have numerous photos of the flaws I did not use all of them. If you do use him ensure that even if you have a contract he will short cut the job so he can make money. I will never recommend him to do any work to anyone.
