I've worked with this group over the past several years and ONLY Mercedes-Benz service department and myself had touched the vehicle prior to Luxury Auto. Luxury Auto has provided honest, exceptional service for me at a bit more of a favorable cost, and a higher quality of service. Being very familiar with vehicles because I perform services myself when time permits, I trust their word, and troubleshooting skills. Their warranty is unmatched at a 3 year warranty period. Tim was so kind. I called and he was able to get me in right away. He checked my car and was able to find the issue and walked me through my options. He didn’t try to to upsell me or pressure me into getting something fixed that may not need to be fixed right away. He topped off my oil and assured me that I had more time to get the problem fixed. Incredibly nice and professional staff. These guys are really impressive. My truck was overheating Saturday afternoon. I was able to drop my truck off at the Luxury Auto Works night drop, which is easy and convenient. They reached out to me first thing Monday morning, they handled my extended warranty, and had my truck ready to go with a new radiator by 4:30. Everyone is professional, and they also send a video of your personal vehicle, explaining what the issues are. I can’t say enough good things about Luxury. Highly recommend!
