This store's definition of an appointment isn't the same as mine. I took my car in for a online scheduled appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, nobody said anything about a wait. I came back 45 minutes later and they had not moved my car. The nice guy in the store said, "Sorry." I got my keys and left.

I was reluctant to come to this store because it's not the one I usually go to. But I have to say, that the Excellence of Firestone precedes itself. Robert is the manager at this store and he is just as kind and courteous and professional as they come. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was in and out even sooner than the time they had predicted. The technician showed me what needed to be fixed and the other things that he was recommending. They were not pushy with the sales only suggesting and recommending. That's what I like automotive shop. Thanks firestone! And thank you Robert at Limestone!

I went in here for my lifetime wheel alignment, balance and tire rotation. Service was good and well improved especially with the recent change in emailing status updates and invoices instead of printing them out. I was really pleased with that aspect of this tore. However, the wait time could be significantly because it shouldn't take a whole 2 hours or more to get the above routine services done. Go green Firestone!!! Cheers! SA

Do yourself a favor and find an “honest” mechanic somewhere else. Took my truck in to have a nail plugged that was smack dab in the middle of the tire. They held my truck for 6 hours before telling me they couldn’t do it because of the angle the nail entered my tire and proceeded to try and sell me a new set of tires for over $1,000. Took my truck to another shop and they plugged it for $13 in less than 20 min. Then, just took my truck in again because I had an obvious coolant leak. They claim they did a full diagnosis and concluded that I needed a new engine for $16K. I left and went to a shop my buddy recommended and they said my engine was completely fine and fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars. I’m not someone that typically leaves reviews. I’m hoping I can save someone else from getting scammed.

Absolutely done with this location brought my mother Inlaw’s van in for a lifetime alignment check. They told me they couldn’t do it due to the tie rods being bad the same part I replaced a week prior and quoted me over $900 to replace them and proceeded to tell me the lifetime alignment was not transferable and my mother Inlaw said we could not use the warranty anymore. When they called my mother in law they only told her they couldn’t do the alignment due to bald tires. Be aware get a second opinion. This is the third vehicle I have had an issue with this location

I came in for a quick question in regards to my battery warranty. Turns out I was still under warranty and the team there was super nice and said I could get it done in less than 15 minutes. I’m serious when they said they could I didnt believe them because we all know how warranty replacements go. But they literally got me out in 15. Awesome job guys.
