I had a great experience with Long’s Automotive. My sliding door would not close properly and it was very dangerous to drive. Advisor Luis was incredibly helpful — he ordered the replacement part for me the same day and even helped secure the door so it was safe until the part arrived. Once the part came in, Luis notified me right away. I dropped off my car in the morning, and by noon the same day, my car was fully repaired and ready to pick up. The turnaround time was extremely fast, the price was very reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. They are efficient, honest, and truly care about their customers’ safety. I highly recommend Long’s Automotive.

As a woman, anytime I need major work done on my truck, there’s always that hesitation—who can I really trust? Thankfully, a friend recommended LA, and I’m so glad they did! Luis was super helpful and kept me updated me at every step. My car was done within a day both times I took it in (older car, lots of issues). Their pricing is fair and reasonable and stayed within my budget considering how much work needed to be done. The lobby is clean and they even have a vending machine/coffee/water available and a nice tv while you wait. Location isn’t hard to find but it is tucked away. I will be back with my car for any issues and oil changes going forward!

Dropped off my car 2 days before Christmas for a body repair after a car accident. I got my car back looking like new. They gave me a discount for being a day or so late but it was all happening around the Holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleaned my car was. Long & his team gave excellent updates through the entire process. Prior to pick of the vehicle to be transported back to Virginia, they went another step above beyond customer service and had the vehicle fully detailed.
