Geovanni and Sergio worked magic on my car. It was running rough so I brought it in for a tune up. They could easily have talked me into an unnecessary fuel injection to accompany the spark plug replacement but advised me against it after inspecting my car. Now my car runs like a top. Very smooth acceleration. And only having to pay for what was necessary to be done. Kudos. I appreciate the integrity and the knowledge. Very professional operation.

I came to three points with my 2009 Toyota Camry that was having a misfire in the number 2 cylinder. The guys were great and told me how they’d fix it, and strongly suggested that I use my autozone warranty and put a new ignition coil and harness in myself. The car is running great again! Honest mechanics are hard to come by, and I will be sure to come back to this store whenever my car has issues from here on out.

Love this auto shop! They don't try to up sale you on services not asked for or needed, they give you options to get you what your car needs, and they inform you of the future outcomes if the option with in your budget isn't a long term fix. No one called me about a new part that had to be ordered and installed, I signed on the estimate, not the new part. Second, you don't fix a ball joint/ CV axle replacement and make it dangerously not straight. They knew I didn't want a full alignment, but that doesn't mean I need to leave the lot with a horrible alignment where it's at a dangerous level. I gave 0 star cuz I'm not satisfied with the end result that is a safety issue and moral duty to do the job right. They did the job but simply asked for more money like attaching my bumper for 30 bucks instead of making my wheel straight safely. Get out I paid top dealership price for this job, without the dealership bells and whistles. 900 for this job was ridiculous and I loved how gio said, "that's the lowest price I can give you bud" no one says that first off the bat like that. Taking this to BBB and my bank to get some money back with hard cold evidence of proper rates and how I got ripped off, they won't even reply this cuz they don't care unless I pull evidence

Honest and trustworthy. Took my truck in for a transmission issue. They could've taken my $$$ for a flush and fill but instead took the time to test drive it and recommended I take it to the dealer because it's a known problem with Silverados. Definitely going back for all my automotive work.

I was told they couldn't make an estimate over the phone, I had to bring my car in. But then when I did, they didn't even ask to see it. They just asked me questions they could've asked over the phone. Besides I have to wait for ever just to get an estimate full of lies. Took it instead Christian Brothers and what a service I got over there.

I drive from Bee Cave area to get three points automotive to fix any problem with my car. In my opinion they are the most honest and trustworthy auto repair shop in this entire area!! When they repair my car, I know the job is done correctly and I know that I am getting a good price! Had a water pump replaced and they let the hood fall and almost put a hole threw it I went back and showed them the big dent that it made and they were to replace the hood but they said they would not have it painted to match the car. And also my power steering was leaking until I found they did not put a clamp on the hose. I will never use them again and would tell anyone else to stay clear of them, it is like a lot of weekend shade mechanics working there.
