The team here at Lambs are hands down the best! They gave me realistic expectations on what my car needed to get up and running and got it back on the road feeling like it only had 20k miles when it is really close to 200k. If they tell you when your vehicle will be ready they will do everything it takes to stick to their word. Wes and his crew will treat, and take care of you like you are family. I needed new trailer tires in a pinch as I didn’t realize the tires I needed were an odd size; this was the only place I called that could get them quickly. The staff here did everything they could to get me new tires as quickly as possible. One of them also recommended a good brand of magnetic trailer lights as my lights were giving me trouble and I needed a quick fix for that too. Everyone I spoke to in person and over the phone was so easygoing and friendly which just made the experience better. Going into this tire hunt, I thought the tires were going to be more expensive than they were. 10/10 recommended this place, I will definitely be coming back.

My last recent experience was horrible. I had waited 3 days after my car had been in the shop to actually get the report on what was wrong. And on the day that the rep, Alex, told me everything would be completed, I had a meeting at 5pm so I asked him if it’d be possible to get the car back at 4pm. He said yes, so i took his word for it and waited instead of making other arrangements to get to my meeting. At 4pm, I took an uber and arrived to the shop, he told me they still weren’t done and needed another 10-15 minutes. By 4:30 they still weren’t finished, and I found out my brake light sensor still wasn’t fixed, my emissions test wasn’t done, and they still needed to take the car on a test drive. On top of all that, they were still putting my car together from fixing the radiator. Again at 4:30, he says another 10-15 minutes and they’ll be done. By 5:15 I still had not received my car. Alex tries to go back and rush an emissions test but it fails because the battery was unplugged. So after they put my car back together and do the test drive, I don’t get my car back until 5:20pm, and I miss my meeting. If he had just told me that it wouldn’t be done that day, this could have all been avoided. On top of all that, my brake light sensor still needs to be reset and the emissions test needs to be redone (all of which Alex said would be done before 4pm), so now I have waste more time to bring my car back to get all that done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this shop, and I do not plan on returning for future services unless this issue is resolved.

Most the time in an auto shop, as a woman, I feel the employees are purposely trying to confuse me in order to upsell me. But not here! I came in with a hole in my tire with my son super frantic w limited time before needing to get to work, Alex was super helpful and kind. Even my 15 month old felt it and went right into his arms haha!! He helped to get things done in a timely manner and was very transparent about the whole process. Just felt like honest workers and honest business being ran, which seems hard to come by these days! Thank you for everything!!

I wanna share the positive experience regarding my diagnosis performance on a 2020 Nissan rogue. Bob was Amazing, We let him know the problem we had. He went out to the car and checked it with a device came back and was able to give us an idea of what the problem was. Given the bad experience we had before coming to lamb tire automotive. So going forward, they worked on the vehicle and solve the problem. They also gave us a Great deal on a set of tires. So thank you, Bob, Wes and the techs, Richard, Kevin and John. I do recommend taking your vehicle to lambs tire automotive. Again, thanks guys!

i left my chevrolet suv 2020 at 8 am, to a change of transmission oil, the owner's manual says i should do it according to my milliage, and an alignment, i arrived at 12 pm, and they told me they did the test and did not need the change,i don't care what the tests say. that's why i went, to make his oil change i would pay for it. and the line-up said it wasn't necessary, so i was charged 140 just for a check-up. in the report they put it saying: new tires. i didn't understand. Those 4 hours were doing what exactly? to send me a report that the manufacturer says recommends fluid transmission change

Wes and team are truly exceptional. The first time I stopped by the repair was effective and efficient. As a female there is this perception that mechanics will rip you off, this was not the case at all. Asked relevant questions and they were pleasantly honest about it all. Hell if I wanted to go under the vehicle myself in the Bay Area I’m sure they would suits me up and show me how, what, and where my vehicle was experience issues. My most recent experience the week of Feb 2nd was for a 60,000 mile auto check with oil change and again the skills, customer seemed driven team were great and as I continue to maintain my vehicle running smoothly I will not hesitate to bring it back for all things automotive repairs

I took my vehicle in to get the battery replaced(labor only) and Sasha and Wes helped me and they were so personable, nice, and professional. The waiting area was really clean and they have complimentary coffee. They even checked my vehicle out and gave me a vehicle condition report which was helpful. They charged me a very fair price to do the work and I would definitely recommend them if you're look for a great repair shop.
