CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED: If I could give this place ZERO STARS, that would’ve been my first choice. The company robbed me after I spent well over $20K with them and had them working on different cars. If you plan on slowly getting your car destroyed (only for them to fix it), robbed, cussed, (purposely) almost hit by a car by the owner (Lloyd, was deflecting and didn’t want to give a return so he handled it like a child who has temper tantrums) and utterly disrespected, this is the place for you! If you choose to deal with the devil, always get a receipt because these people are liars!!!!!! Llyod, owes $750. I’ve tried many times to resolve this matter. Tiffany (the front desk Queen) says Lloyd “isn’t available” so I can’t get my money. Steve still owes $100! Lloyd CHOOSES when YOU get your car fixed (you’re not important) and don’t be surprised if he tells you “Tuesday” and when you arrive, he says, “next week”. Yet, you must pay THEM ON TIME BEFORE any work is done for parts and labor!! (Sometimes, they make you pay after labor is done but that slowly changed in my situation) They have NO CALENDAR and NO SCHEDULE. I’ve waited well over a month to fix one thing. Don’t believe me? Ask! 😂 A bolt loose on your car you say? That’s probably Mike lol. He put a whole splash shield on with zip ties 😏. Don’t believe me?! Ask for yourself. I have PROOF. After visiting another mechanic, he says he will go on record to explain the destruction done to the vehicle and how many “details” were missed by M.A.R.S. Auto. Since I can’t reach Llyod, I decided to take my fight to google, police and court. Be well and stay safe y’all 🙏🏽

Lloyd the owner was EXTREMELY professional and caring. Came down from Tampa to pick up my fathers car, as it has been in storage for 2 years due to my fathers poor health. Had triple A meet me at the storage unit it was being kept at, and he took 3 hours to figure out he didn’t know which lug nut to use to get a bolt out in order to take the old battery out. Ended up buying the battery and going to Mars. Not only did they perform every request I had on top of installing this battery, they were timely, professional, gave good recommendations without trying to oversell; they also were very kind, accommodating, and cost efficient. They were sure to make sure I had everything taken care of that I needed prior to driving the car back to Tampa for 5 hours, and the car performed like a champ thanks to Lloyd and his staff. If I lived there, I would ONLY use MARS, and I highly recommend their services. You won’t be disappointed!

Went on a whim and Lloyd said come back in an hour and took care of a muffler situation. I knew what the problem was already and he did not try to upsell and was respectful of my time as I had a 6 year old with me. I came across MARS and Lloyd by accident, driving along the service road behind their garage. I looked inside and asked if they did AC repair and alignments - check, yes - and feel like I lucked out. My AC leak turned out to be elusive and very difficult to isolate, and I know most garages would have jumped straight to "replace the expensive compressor etc". Not here. They patiently searched for the leak, refilled it, and searched again. I also brought my daughter's car here for tire mounting and alignment. Nice people, very fair prices, and I like the way they do business!

They never oversell, you anything, only what is necessary and needed at the time of service. Stopped in here with a nail in my tire. The sales representative had me immediately pull my car around. He found a nail and plugged the tire at my Request. To my shock there was no charge! I’ve never seen an auto shop so willing to help Quickly, and no charge. Top-notch establishment. I will be back for all my automotive needs. This place knows how to make oil customers. well done.
