Was told I could get oil change, then I parked in the lot, waited about 15 minutes, then a employee comes out, says they are too busy, then telled me to move my car and go somewhere else. Thanks, I will. Lol.

Shouldn't took their suggestion to replace my working ball join which might have some issue? Might be Not? Anyway, ball join was super rusted, the technician have to knocked it down very hard to replace it, and damaged the control arm which connected to ball join. After I left the shop, the same spot started make sharp noise when drive on bumpy road. Few days later, I back to shop to explain the problem, told them that my car never had this kind noise before, and started make noise right after they replaced the ball joint. They denied the problem, and ask me more money to replace the part which they damaged. Not prefessioal at all! Will never to see those people again!!!

I go here for everything I can't do myself. I've been acquainted with the owner for several years. The staff here are always friendly and making the customers laugh. Their prices are very reasonable and service is very fast. BE CAREFUL OF THE 25 MPH SPEED TRAP CAMERA ON ARCHER ABOUT A BLOCK EAST OF MJ AUTO WHEN HEADING OVER THERE!!!

I have been going to MJ Auto for all of my families' cars for many years, and MJ Auto always does a good job at a honest and reasonable price. Anything from oil changes, brake jobs, suspension parts, to even bolt on mods on cars. Note that their shop is always packed with cars, and sometimes you will have to bring your car the next day for them to fit you in. But I see it as a good thing, they are so busy because they are the most honest, and most reasonable price, and legit car shop near the Chinatown area.

Owner/manager was rude because he walked out mid sentence when I was still getting a quote. He went to maneuver cars around the lot and left me hanging. Mechanics are honest people, but they will shame you for the things you do on your cars, Chinese parents style, giving or reminding you that trauma experience(s). So you get that special experience if you're lucky. I am fluent in both English & Chinese, and I can tell they speak more nicely to people who speak English. If you have the time to hang around until they have the time to serve you, then sure, they can be a good cheap option. Otherwise, be ready to stand up for yourself & advocate for what you need to get done & don't be offended.
