Came in for a verbal estimate to have the damage to my rear bumper assessed. Steve was very kind and helpful in explaining the extent of the damage and the cost. He explained how my vehicle was set up due to the year and how the integrity of the vehicle was affected. Had my sunroof glass replaced on my '18 F-150. Fairly quick to schedule me in and the work was done promptly. I picked my truck up and the sunroof had a whistling sound the whole way home. They were able to fit me in the very next day to get it fixed (turned out to be a minor alignment issue) so I'm happy about that. Would have rather had it done right the first time (hence the 4 stars) but otherwise solid service.

After going to three “big name” collision repair shops and getting estimates in the $3,500 to $4,100 range, someone suggested I check out M & S Collision. I’m so glad I did. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They repositioned my bumper and sent me on my way with no charge! The radiator support system that two of the other repair places said HAD to be replaced was only “insignificantly” damaged according to the third shop; but apparently they all wanted to return my 17 year old car to “factory condition.” Hopefully it won’t be necessary, but if it ever is, I will go to M & S Collision for any future car repairs.

I had my car door window broken out and my handle broken off on a church property and had no insurance to cover it, and very little funds. I called all of the auto glass places everywhere for price comparisons, also having the notion of getting the handle replaced while the door was already taken apart for the window. But I had to drop that notion because the prices just brought it way out of range to inude it. I even priced buying the parts myself and utilizing a personal private mechanic. But none could match the estimate that I got from M & S Collision, to also include the door handle. Moreover, they could get me in quicker than any if the others with no long lines or crowded parking. In fact, their side lot faces a very nice, quiet, and comfortable view of nature and Washington's natural beauty. Also, I had a pledge of $200 assistance from a local Pastor who had become very, very busy and difficult to reach, bit these folks were quite willing to go the extra mile in allowing me space and time to get that coordinated with my own payment included. They did a very professional job and my car looks and functions great again with no worries of anybody being able to just simply reach into my car and help themselves, and I don't have to wonder how I'm supposed to get into my own car without a handle with only the window replaced! Now if I can just remember that the nice, clean window is THERE when I forget that I no longer have to reach the inside handle to open it - before breaking my knuckles and the window out myself as a reminder! 😆

These guys made my year and will now be my go to and first referral to others. They take walk in estimates, they took the time to look for the parts I needed, didn't attempt to price gauge me, got the part ordered while I was still in the office and had me in the following week to complete the repair. They made the repair quickly, adequately and provided quality customer service throughout the entire experience. I strongly recommend you give them a shot, even if it's just getting a second estimate, you might be positively surprised. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW QUALITY WORK. Stay away from this place at all costs!! I Was charged 3400 for repairs on my car and expected at least a decent result for that price. Soren was pleasant to work with at first when he was quoting the work. But when I got the car back the front bumper was barely held on, the body panels were all poorly installed and it was clearly rushed or done by someone who has never installed body panels. As soon as I mentioned the condition of the car Soren got super rude and unprofessional and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for mentioning that they didn’t install things correctly. On top of that, the car was covered in overspray, and even a huge spot of paint on the passenger window where the painter tested his sprayer and never bothered to come back and remove the paint.

Steve at M & S Collision is super helpful, honest, and does amazing work. My grandma was going through a hard time after her daughter passed away and dealing with a rear end collision was one of the last things she needed to deal with. The first collision business we went to was over priced and quoted so many unnecessary things, we took it to M & S and he was able to do the repairs perfectly and beat their price which saved my grandma $2400. The car looks brand new again and he even drove the car to her when she had to give back the rental car she was driving. Highly recommend!! 👌🏼
