Wife was involved in a hit and run. We have a 2003 Saturn Vue, and parts can be hard to find. Tanner Sorenson was the guy to see! He was able to locate the parts required for the repair, and it was finished a day ahead of the estimated completion! Good as new!

I just want to thank Tanner and the entire team at Maaco Kent for their fantastic work and generosity into the repaint job on our Lincoln Town Car. We run a non-profit organization which raises money to support and give back to at risk youth. One of our members donated a car for us to raffle off (to raise money) at our 3rd Annual Car Show at Alderwood Mall on Saturday June 28th 2025. The car needed some TLC and Kent Maaco offered to donate their time/materials to help get this car right. We as an organization only are able to do what we do with the communities support. Kent Maaco's offer to team up with us on this project got us in a position where there was no way we would have achieved without their help. Not only was their energy very welcoming. They also did a great job! Please go and support this shop. They deserve it. If you want to meet them in person or even check out their work, they will be at the show with us on Saturday June 28th 2025 and the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood from 10am to 6pm that day. They will have a booth set up where you can meet them, grab some information about their services and/or discuss any projects you might need help with. Come check out the paint job they did for us. The car will be there on display to be raffled off that day. Come take part in the raffle or at the very least watch us present this car to one lucky individual. Thank you again Kent Maaco! You guys are the MVP of this project and deserve all the credit. Looking forward to seeing you guys at the show.

Brought in my own parts to have prepped/painted. Alex was very forthright about there policy with customer supplied parts and let me know of all possible outcomes. Pricing was very fair with today’s labor rates and turn around time was what he said it would be . Parts turned out great and there was no hidden charges or fees. Highly recommend for any of your bodywork and/or painting needs! I worked with a couple of the guys but mostly Tanner. I'm sure I annoyed them with my several questions and change of options after several visits and phone calls but all had great customer service and answered my questions. My car needed a lot of body work done and also did a big color change. It came out great! I'm very pleased. For the price, it can’t be beat. I saw some really nice cars parked outside at times so you know they are doing something right when people are trusting this crew to their nice cars. Don't hesitate to stop by. They will take care of you.

Super good job. Minimal overspray on the trim, and other paint defects. I did the cheapest plan and did my own prep and it turned out super great for the price. I’m still so happy with how it turned out, everyone compliments it too. Highly recommend!

I'm writing to say thank to the Maaco team in Kent. They went above and beyond to take care of the problems I had with the removal of my roof marker lights. The initial work ,the patches delaminated. As you can see, they did an excellent job fixing it.

My husband brought his 2000 F-250 diesel truck for extensive body work and painting in February. The work looks good but the panel that covers the fuses inside the cab is missing. I can not understand why Maaco would return the truck to a customer without such an obvious part. They claim the panel was in the truck cab when my husband picked it up. It was not. Why would they leave it sitting in the cab rather than re-installing it? My husband passed away not long after bringing the truck home. I eventually will sell the truck but need the panel before I feel comfortable selling it. Maaco has not been helpful in locating the panel or obtaining a replacement. I have called three times for an update only to find that the last employee I talked to is no longer with the company. Really poor customer service. I will try to get the panel at a Ford dealer and send the bill to Maaco.

I have an Acura MDX that had paint failure on the roof. The Maaco team in Kent did a great job at assessing the paint failure and giving me options on how to address it in a cost effective manner. They were transparent in the pricing and gave me a quick turn around. The paint job itself is better than expected. They paint matched perfectly to the Acura Pearlescent white, and it’s so smooth you wouldn’t even know there was paint failure to begin with.

I was surprised when this was one of the most fantastic experiences I have had at any car/body shop in Washington state. The front staff was phenomenal at working with us to get a job done in an astounding amount of time. Had some deep carvings from some kids in my apartment complex and was looking to trade my car in to move out of state- they fit us in within two days- dropped off Thursday afternoon and had it back by Tuesday. They did a phenomenal job covering the deep Xs and lines on my passenger side and went the extra mile to buff and polish the whole car and cover up some other unrelated marks. Every step of the way they were super accommodating. Highly recommend this location 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
