Super Excited to leave this review! I just want to take the time to highlight the staff. I highly appreciate the work the technicians done. I don't think I ever been more pleased by how my paint came out and how my repairs were done. I'm extremely impressed on how well informative and open Vince and Katie are in regard to cost, turn around time, and future paint customizations. Without a shadow of a doubt I recommend this place over messing with those ridiculously, insanely high priced, low quality work mobile mechanics roaming around Dallas. Thanks again to the staff!! Every single one of y'all are Awesome & Amazing !!

I am very impressed with this location of Maaco. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a quote for a paint job that was surprisingly low and fair. Paint job results were fantastic, but the best part was they went the extra mile to polish my foggy headlight plastic covers to make them look like new. My 2014 Rogue has never looked so good!

Great experience from this location. Had to have the front part of my car fixed and painted after getting side wiped a few weeks ago. When I picked it up, couldnt tell anything had happened - either structurally or with the paint. Team did a great job. Vince and Katie were great with the estimate and day-to-day management. Steve and Jerry made the body look as good as new. Pablo, Ricardo, Joe and Ray all made the paint job look as good as new. Not sure how they do it but really can't tell the difference. Now it may be time to let me son get his back bumper get repaired. I know exactly where to take it...

FYI — They do not work on vehicles that have had estimates at different shops. It’s only this location that has this specific policy. I called ahead, and also initially clearly stated that I had received estimates from other shops and was told that wasn’t an issue. Went in everything was fine. I called to ask about the estimate the next day and I was told they could not work on my vehicle because I had already received estimates elsewhere. When I asked why I wasn’t told that the day I was in the shop, the response from the girl was dismissive and defensive. I’m not upset that they chose not to work on my car, but it should have been communicated from the beginning. I’m ultimately glad I didn’t move forward with repairs here, but sharing so others can avoid the same inconvenience and lack of professionalism.

The transformation from before to after is incredible — the paint looks smooth, glossy, and like a completely different car. The team was very professional throughout the whole process. They explained the options clearly, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly when they said they would. Maaco at this location did a phenomenal job on painting my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cap pickup. It is a 25 year old vehicle with original paint and I could not have been more impressed with the results. I want to acknowledge everyone that helped create such an excellent result. Vince, Katie, and Patrick did a great job explaining the process, working through the request, providing several quotes, and staying in contact with me through the process Joe, the paint job is amazing! Juan (sanding), Ricardo (masking), and Ray (detail) was all just incredible work. I felt the truck was well cared for at this Maaco and highly recommend the service and results.
