Ethan worked with me to be able to afford a BEAUTIFUL paint job as well as getting rid of some dents! The price, the body work, the paint color and paint job far exceeded my expectations. I had a 1957 AMC Metropolitan painted two tone red/white with two stage paint and color sanded and buffed. Overall I’m happy with the results. They did not color sand some areas that are not as visible (lower sections) and I had to buff out overspray on my dash (it’s a convertible). The red on 1 door was a different shade but this was fixed. Negatives are they don’t paint rims and do not supply touch-up paint.

The manager is amazing!! There was a miscommunication with an employee in the beginning of the process but the manager went above in beyond to make it right. I'll be trusting him with any of my family's cars next! The paint job and trim restoration look amazing, it's like my 1997 Rav is brand new after all these years!

I had an excellent experience at this Maaco location, and I want to specifically shout out Temo and Giovani for their outstanding work and customer service. They repainted my Honda Pilot, and the finish came out smooth, even, and better than I expected. On top of that, they also handled body work on my Mercedes and repainted multiple panels, and the results were flawless—the paint matched perfectly and the panels look brand new. Temo and Giovani were both professional, communicative, and clearly take pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right before handing the cars back. It’s hard to find a shop that delivers quality body work and solid customer service, but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality repainting and body work done the right way.

My experience with the Maaco on Batavia in Orange was highly unsatisfactory due to issues with both pricing integrity and repair quality. Initially, I was provided a very competitive, low-ball estimate by the estimator. However, after I had already paid the first half of the repair cost, the General Manager intervened and increased the final price by an additional $240. This practice felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and resulted in a significantly higher cost than originally quoted. After finally receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed a major quality control issue. The supposedly repaired area contained an obvious scrape/imperfection that should have been caught during their final inspection. The poor finish quality demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and professional standards. When I brought this imperfection to their attention, they offered to take the car back for a full week to complete the touch-up. Given the initial delays, the sudden price increase, and the fact that the work should have been done correctly the first time, I declined their offer. I lost confidence in their ability to resolve the issue promptly or adequately. I cannot recommend this location based on the questionable pricing practices and the poor quality of the initial repair work.

Temo, Ethan, Gio and the rest of their team did a phenomenal job on my 1951 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe. It was a lot of work!! So major props to them. Most importantly they got it done ✅ I went with Maaco because they spray paint all day long. And are on a production model SO (unlike other shops) your car is not going to sit unattended for months/a year. Especially with prices nowadays it is more than fair. I highly recommend and will be bringing my Mom's car here soon for an update. Beyond happy.

Don't overpay and go elsewhere.
