I've used their service for 6-7 years and so far there hasn't been a problem they haven't been able to fix. Things from motor mounts to suspension etc. One time there was rain in the forecast and he stayed an extra hour to rig things together enough to keep water out of the sunroof. My kids even look forward to watching him work and he's been great about that too. Edit to add: I was just reminded of the time he was changing the brakes and I bought the pads/rotors for the job and he told me there was a rebate on the exact products so he bought them on the way and I returned the ones I bought. Saved me almost $100

Do not go to this company! They are unprofessional and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I called him originally when my Tahoe was having problems, he told me it would be $300 to fix and he would be back later that day to do so after going to get the parts. He never returned nor communicated that he wasn’t coming back until I contacted him myself. He then said a repair he was doing was taking longer than expected and he could come tomorrow instead. Being that I needed my car fixed, I agreed and we scheduled that. Not only was he late, but after paying him I realized my car was still not fixed and he stated that it would be an extra $160 for a transmission fluid fill. I kindly contacted him the next day stating I would like a refund or partial refund and rather than communicating and coming to an agreement he blocked me. I currently am in the process of filing a lawsuit and reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully I have the resources and knowledge to help myself, but for those who are not as lucky be aware and don’t fall for scammers like this guy!

I called him August 6th and asked if he could do a job, he said yes. We scheduled it for August 8th. August 8th he texted me 3 hours before the appointment with the final price. I responded then he responded asking for the location, which I sent him right away. He did not respond. I called and texted him after because I wanted to know what was going on as the appointment time passed with no communication. I called the next day- no answer. I gave him more chances though because what if something happened? I texted and called him a couple times (days after) and he still didn’t respond. At my last straw, I called him *and he finally answered* on August 14th. I said “what happened?” He tells me he’s out of town and can come Saturday. We set a time, I text him 9 hrs before the appointment, today (9:30am). He texts me at 9:12am that he won’t be able to make it today. Not only did he NOT offer alternatives, nor empathy, but he texted me that he’s not yet in town EIGHTEEN (18) minutes before the appointment. He knew he wasn’t going to be in town yet and wait 18 minutes before an appointment to say something. Hey, at least he finally said something, right? I would’ve been cool with I’m trying to make it later or we can do this time- but even then I wouldn’t trust it because he did not show up TWICE- weeks apart. At one point I even asked him to point me to someone he knew that could do it since he seemingly isn’t. No response (this is before he answered on my final straw). This guy *seems* to only care about his experience and not the people he’s servicing. I can’t attest to his actual work, but based on reading the other reviews it’s about 50/50. So book, or attempt to book because who knows if he’ll show up (hopefully he turns over a new leaf and actually gets better with communication and business), at your own risk. He seems like he could be a cool guy, but based on my experience and no inside knowledge, he is inconsiderate. I mention no inside knowledge because it’s nothing to say “hey I’m really trying my best to make it, I won’t be able to. I’m in a rough spot right now, such and such is happening”. Something. I’m not saying go into detail on his whole life but if it was something, like something bad happened, at least I could feel empathy and be more understanding. But I can’t. I only have my experience. So again, based on my own experience, book at your own risk- if you get that far.

He was not very professional. He tried to replace my cv axle and ended up not getting it out as it was stuck. In his attempt to get it out he caused more damage to my vehicle than before I called him. I ended up getting it out myself, all I need was the right tool for the job that he did not have. Once I got it out I saw the damage that was left behind. I ended up picking up a new brake dust guard as the old one was not usable anymore, a new cv axle shaft gasket as the old one was tore up from his attempt to get it out by slamming a chisel between the axle end and the transmission. It seemed like he did not want to deal with it. He told me I need to tow it to a shop and left. About another $150 in parts and $500 in labor my car is good to go by going through a different qualified mechanic. I really am praying that my transmission is not damaged from the attempt. He seemed like he really did not care. I would avoid his service. Never again…
