They are the best auto repair shop in Savannah. It isn't easy to find honest mechanics who explain your options and tell you what needs to be done and not what the miles dictate such as needing a service that was previously completed only to be told that they went by the miles on the car. MALL AUTO is honest and thorough. The owner, Zach, makes you feel like you are part of the family. I recommend them to everyone.

Was told by dealership that my brakes needed to be done. Went to Mall Auto for brakes and a oil change. Received it a call a while later and was told to brakes were not needed. Only oil change and tire rotation. I am so thankful that they were honest and did not see a female customer with "$$stupid$$" written on forehead. Will be using Mall Auto for all my car needs and will refer family and friends. Great service! Edit: Used Mall Auto again today and they ROCK! September 2023.. Used Mall Auto again and as expected AWESOME! My 84 yr old father went to Mall Auto for new headlights…. Zach advised him he would save a lot of $ if he ordered the lights from Amazon. I went and Zach showed me what to order. If Zach had ordered from his supplier they would have been over $600 for 2. Amazon was under $150 for both! Zach installed the next day for my dad. AWESOME SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and CARING! Another AWESOME visit to this establishment! Went in for oil change and mentioned my AC was only slightly cool some days and hot on others. They said I would need to make a separate appt for the AC as it was time consuming and scheduled visit would not allow for it. Got a call saying they did check it, found the problem, had the part, put it in and it is now blowing cold air. Very professional and feel like it was a fair price! I enjoyed going home in my car with the cold air flowing. Thank you MALL AUTO!

By far one of the best auto repair shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No overselling, no unneeded repair suggestions, just honest service in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Dante is a huge asset to this organization. His people skills, broad automotive knowledge and just plain honesty in dealing with customers is a refreshing change from shops I’ve felt with in the past. Be warned, they are a busy shop because they do great work. You’ll have to make an appointment, which can sometimes be a little farther out than I’d prefer, but it’s because they are awesome. I’ve made appointments at dealers and other garages only to have them accept the vehicle at the appointment time and let it sit until they got to it, sometimes days later. Not at Mall Auto, you make an appointment and they actually follow through with it, getting you into the shop the day of your appointment. I highly recommend the team at Mall Auto for your auto issues.

Absolutely outrageous. I came in for a quote on a radiator replacement and was told it would cost $845. Decided to do some homework, bought the exact same parts from NAPA for $273, and—despite having ZERO real mechanical experience—swapped it out myself in under two hours with a basic home tool kit. This place clearly banks on people not knowing better. I understand labor costs, but a $570 markup for something that took me a morning to do in my driveway? That’s not just steep—it’s predatory. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before handing over your wallet.

I recently used this shop to help diagnose and repair my stop light switch. The price was very affordable, the time was perfect and they were easy to reach and talk to. The front desk lady (forgot to catch her name) was very friendly and helpful and then Zack also was very helpful and polite.
