I'm new to the area and when my truck had issues starting, I was stressed out and overwhelmed. Finding a good trustworthy mechanic is hard. I'm so grateful my landlord referred me to Marc's! Everyone there I spoke to, from the receptionist, the mechanics and Marc himself were so pleasant, friendly and very understanding! They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and it was affordable! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I showed up at 4:30 last minute because I needed 2 tires put on my car. I couldn't find anyone who could put tires on my car because of the rim size. Marc and his crew took care of it on the spot and got me back on the road that night. I'm truly thankful for his honesty and his welcoming atmosphere.

Marc is the man! I live all the way in north Melbourne past Lake Washington and make the trip to his shop because of the way he does business. Extremely honest and reliable! Incredible hourly rate for labor. The staff is professional and friendly, and after your car is diagnosed, you get a phone call from Marc. Not a service advisor or middleman and everything is explained in detail. Trust Marc's Auto and Tire Center! You will not be disappointed!

Quick turnaround. Yesterday I was upset after the service to my car but today was completely different. I took the car back and Marc spoke to me personally and took care of everything; he’d already spoken to the tech, he walked me through what was done and how/why, and even offered a service to fix the original issue for free. It’s hard finding honest people who’ll actually make something right when you have an issue but Marc did.

I called ahead and asked do the do plugs for Tires. I told them I suspected a nail in my tire and I needed it plugged. When I arrived It was very busy and I asked if they were able to take me. I HAD ALREADY READ THIER Reviews and it seem like a nice shop.. clean waiting area and somewhat busy. I gave my info sat down and waited. Im usually accustomed to if there and issue with my vehicle they would communicate with me and show me the issue. I CAME FOR A PLUG and they removed my tire from the rim and told me after the fact that they only do patches. furthermore they communicated with the receptionist not the consumer. She could not communicate what was the issue with my tire and no one communicated with me as i was in the waiting room all along. Customer Communication needs to be improved. Hence it is paramount to a customer satisfaction It trouble me to write a negative review I hate to write but the service was subpar because they Failed in communication. My initial review was 1 Star. I updated it to 3 and hopefully I can change it to a 5 stars.... perhaps someone of authority will read this and address this matter.. A had an additional complaint after all this they just threw my jack in the back and did not returnit to where they found it. It was done on purpose....

Marc's Auto came through for me again with honesty and integrity. Avoiding a long story, it was just the battery. I made an appointment because I thought it was either the battery or the alternator (I had a few jumps to make it through the day). The night prior, I stopped at one of the local auto parts stores, and they ran a check and said the battery and the alternator were fine, but it didn't start this morning. I got another jump and went down to Marc's for my appointment today Wednesday. And less than 2 hours Marc's called me back with the good news that it was only the battery and not the alternator, and the battery was under warranty. So if you want to shop that will take care of your vehicle, Marc's is the place to go. The shop is down at the end of Minton next to Domino's Pizza. They also have a drive-up oil change right next door. Three cheers for Marc's Auto! A+
