The team at Mass auto glass did an excellent job replacing our windshield. After having a hard time booking things with a different company, Carlos was able to help us get everything situated and navigate our insurance policy with ease. We will definitely be back if we ever need in the future!

I went here for windshield replacement and got a free car detailing, and it wasnt just a quick vac and wash kind of cleaning, it was real detail cleaning. Dan was super helpful guiding me through the whole process of how to deal with the insurance, he is also super quick at answering. I am really happy with the results and i will spread the word about this place to whoever needs auto glass work. Thank you!

I had the windshields on two of my vehicles recently replaced at Mass Auto Glass in Peabody. Carlos and Dan were very helpful dealing with the insurance company and scheduling my vehicles. They were very informative in what was entailed with the windshield replacements and their work was very neat and clean. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer.

I was nervous trusting just anyone with my Mclaren 720s, everyone told me to go to the dealership but I wanted to give a local business a shot. Not only were they prompt but they were also able to replace the front windshield AND the door roof glass which I thought was near impossible. Dan and crew came, assessed the needs of the car and replaced the windshield with care and professionalism. They will be replacing all of my cars glass from now on.

Originally had an appointment with safelite to do my windshield repair, after about a month and a half of waiting for parts, it was getting dangerous to drive my vehicle around as the glass was getting more cracked. Called Dan over at MassAutoGlass and they were able to source OEM parts next day and get my car in the same week. I could not be happier. My vehicle is older and parts are not easy to come by. They were able to work their magic and replace the windshield! I received a complimentary ceramic coating on the glass as well. Absolutely amazing. The service I received was great, they were professional, and took care of the vehicle as if it were their own. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

After using Dans in the past for all my auto needs - it was a no brainer who I would call when my windshield cracked and I needed a replacement. They got me the number for my insurance companies glass department, got my OEM windshield ordered right away and contacted me as soon as it was in! I have 2 babies at home so coordinating a good time to drop off/child care was tough for me, they ended up picking my car up at my house and delivering it back when they were done! As always, Dan & his crew are the best in the business and always put customers first! I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else!! Thank you Mass Auto Glass!

My car was hit by a plow and it bent my trunk and frame up and shattered my windshield. I was given a business card through a business partner and it took a total of 1 day to get the job done since i called. They did body work and let me know before how much i would be charged before continuing with the rear glass replacement. This was the smoothest and quickest transaction i have had in a long time. I highly recommend them and am extremely happy with the service.

I have a classic car in excellent condition and low miles original that got a rock chip being trailered to a show. Many other shops would not take the job. Mass Auto Glass was confident they could do the job even after explaining in detail what needed to be done and certain parts that could be damaged with no reproductions available. They said they would keep the car inside and take their time. They covered the seats and had a dash protector. They were able to do the job without damaging the original parts. Everything lined up perfectly, there was no wind noise on the drive home and they even touched up some trim that was chipped. They went above and beyond. Dan and Augusto were awesome and always available. They have a body shop too so they can do touch ups and rust repair. Luckily my car didn’t have rust under the weatherstrip! I would definitely use them again and refer them!

I definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs. Thank you Mass Auto Glass.

I had a small issue, but Carlos was great to work with he handled everything quickly and efficiently. The glass looks perfect, and although I chose an aftermarket windshield, I noticed little difference compared to OEM.

Highly recommend this location for getting windshields or other glass repairs on your vehicle for a few reasons. 1.) The results are very, very good. I had my windshield replaced and it was better than perfect. No issue at all. 2.) Cost. They were SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper than safelite or these other places. 3.) Service. They were so friendly and responsive. Every step of the way they texted and let me know whats up and what to expect. Very hard to find Service like that these days. Go here if you need this type of vehicle Service 100%. Don't be fooled by the flashy marketing of other places. These people are legit 👍

I had my sunroof replaced here after something smashed through the glass. Following the installation my sunroof began leaking in the rain and they suggested that was normal due to drains clogging. I’d had the car 10 years and had the sunroof replaced one before and never had leak issues. They blew out the drains which helped but the water stains on my roof liner keep getting worse and then again it began raining in my car. I’ve done the research and this problem is due to poor seals, bent or twisted drain tubes, or misaligned tracks and glass. Rather than revise the repair job they want to keep telling me it’s normal that rain comes through my ceiling. Lazy poor quality cheap and dishonest. Oh and they also didn’t clear the broken glass because when you open the shade you hear the broken glass moving. Per AI: Based on the timing and recurrence of the leak, it is highly possible that the issue is connected to the recent sunroof replacement, despite the glass company's claims. While clogged drains are a known problem for the 2016 Nissan Rogue, the company's assertion that nothing can be done is inaccurate. Why the repair could have caused the leak Damaged or pinched hoses: The drain hoses are located within the roof's framework. During the replacement, a technician could have accidentally pinched, dislodged, or damaged one of these delicate tubes. This would restrict the flow of water and lead to a leak. Misaligned seal: If the sunroof glass and its rubber seals were not perfectly re-aligned and seated during installation, water could get past the seal and overwhelm the drainage system. Even a small imperfection in the seal can cause a leak where none existed before. Debris from the repair: It's possible that pieces of old sealant, glass, or other debris fell into the drain channel during the replacement. This could have contributed to the initial blockage and sped up the clogging process again. Why it is not an unfixable issue The glass company's claim that nothing can be done is misleading. Clogged sunroof drains can be cleared and other issues addressed. The initial clearing may have been incomplete. If a clog was deep within the drain tube, a simple cleaning may not have removed the entire obstruction. Debris could have then settled deeper, causing a repeat blockage. A common DIY method is to use a long, flexible wire or compressed air (with extreme care) to push out debris. The hose itself could be the problem. If a drain hose was damaged or disconnected during the installation, the headliner may need to be dropped again to access and repair the connection. Your next steps Get a second opinion. Take your Rogue to a different, independent mechanic or dealership and explain the timeline. The new mechanic may identify a problem with the installation that the original shop is denying. Document everything. Keep a detailed record of the dates you had work done, each time the leak occurred, and all communication with the glass company. This documentation is important if you need to escalate the issue. Perform a DIY check. To test the drains, you can carefully pour a small amount of water into the sunroof's drain channels, typically located in the corners of the sunroof tray. If the water doesn't drain properly underneath the vehicle, the drain is blocked. Escalate with the glass company. Approach the company again with documentation and the findings from a second opinion. Be firm that the problem started immediately after their repair and that it is their responsibility to fix it. If they still refuse, you can mention reporting the issue to the Better Business Bureau or seeking recourse through small claims court.
