Master Car Care are terrible neighbors. They send raw paint fumes into the air making the neighbors in surrounding buildings sick. They are a big source of air polution for the neighborhood.

I was told to pick up my car at 9am, so i show up at 9 am. Then they tell me that no one is able to use the computer so I can't pay. If I can't pay I can't get my car. Long story short I get cited at work because I was 2 hours late because they don't know how to use their own system.

Master Car Care is THE mechanic for me! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but i have been bringing my car to Tony for years. He always gives me a fair price, good service and even drop off and pick up service since I work nearby. I have had windows repairs, engine service, engine changed, body work, window repairs, tire service, alignment, smog test and even give you a car wash. You name it they probably do it. The neighborhood is sketchy but there are some good Vietnamese restaurants around the corner if you are adventurous while you wait for your car to be serviced.

These guys are that place you want to find. Tony has a BMW just like mine so they know what’s up- have always taken great care of me!! I got lured to the “stealership” once and they (BMW) literally caused damage to my vehicle and quoted me in the thousands. Went in, talked to Ben, and they swarmed my car and came back with a simple fix that cost me 200 and has held for two years!! It’s important especially in expensive SF- to have a quality honest car repair facility. This is the gem you always hope to find- and they stand by their work!! Thanks to everybody over at Master Car Care- I need a couple things done I’ll see you soon!

Sadly, owning an auto in SF probably means you need to have their contact information saved. Great prices and work on auto glass replacement. They are affiliated with a couple of other glass repair shops in the Bay Area, depending on where it's best to drop off your auto. I can't speak to other services they provide.
