A month back a deer ran out and demolished the entire right side of my car .. Not only did Masters give me an extremely fair price (everywhere else in town quoted 1-2k higher) but Mike and the guys also changed my battery, belts, rotated tires - the whole 9 yards.. If you ever need anything done to your car Masters is the only place you need to,go!

I had to leave one star because I could not leave zero. This place is the biggest scam around. The owner will do anything to scam you as he did to me. Go anywhere else, do no trust a word anyone says at this shop. My pet hamster has a better understanding of what’s wrong with my car than the owner

The absolute worst place to get your car fixed. I got my window fixed two weeks ago by this company. The window still is not functioning properly after being “fixed”. I tried calling and visiting the place multiple times, at which each time they were closed during “normal business hours”. I called the last time and was finally able to get someone to answer my call and was spoken to very rudely . I WILL NOT give my money to this place again. Absolutely horrible.

I was recommended by a friend to go to master body and paint instead of a collision center and Mike got my car beautifully fixed before the Collision Center would have had it in the shop. Very professional and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Me being 19 years old going to get a bumper fixed anybody could’ve over charged me just because of me being young. I went there and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend anybody needing work did on they car to go to Masters Paint & Body. Didn’t know who in Auburn to take my car to, so I just went to every shop and asked around. When I walked in to Masters they made me feel like I could trust them with the work and they would give me the fairest price. The guy is a master expert. He took on a job others did not want to do and did it for a fair price. Mike the owner removed a lot of rust and redid by undercoating and then painted it like new again. The quality of work was superb and attention to detail was unexpected for the area. I will take my body and paint work to him only from now on. He may not be the biggest or fastest, but quality and detail work every penny for him to do it right. That is what most important in the end. Good work for a fair price.

I rolled up right at closing time, trying to find someone in the area to knock this but off of my tow hitch and put on a new ball hitch. I met Mr. Mike walking to his car to end the day, explained my predicament and he reopened the shop briefly and spent about 30 minutes with me to ensure I was all set and taken care of. His care for the customer was the best I’ve ever had especially given my time constraints. Will definitely come back.

These guys did an amazing job on my car - I had some terrible clear coat failure and some oxidized paint on the roof. The local franchise place I brought it to said there was no way to fix it, that I had to have the entire car repainted (quoting me ~$5000). The guys at masters were able to spot repair my Acura for a totally reasonable price ($600 for the spot on the roof) and were super transparent about timeline. Quality place, I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto body issues in the future!

My truck door was hit and needed both dent repair and new paint. I went other places in town that quoted me over $2500 to fix it but got a quote for a third of that from the people at Master's and they did a PHENOMENAL job! They worked over the holiday to quickly get it fixed and you can't tell where the damage was initially. I will definitely be returning for any work needed on my vehicle. Knowledgeable people doing great work for an honest price- can't recommend enough!

Mike is an automotive genius and I doubt anyone else in the business knows as much as he does. He was the only one in this area (including surrounding cities) that offered to do the body work and painting for my truck. All of the other shops stated they were too busy, or just provided me the “I don’t want to do this “price. He pays particular attention to the details and is a perfectionist, so it is best NOT to rush him and his crew. He does other restoration work and I was amazed at his skill, knowledge, and service he provided. “D”, his main auto body technician, is also awesome. He provided me with much knowledge and assistance during the job. Deanne was kind and thoughtful; they are all hard workers. I highly recommend Masters! Please tell them "Jerry" sent you.
