Love them! Excellent customer service! I've been using them for at least 10 years and wouldn't trust anyone else! They can handle any car problem, and will get you in and out FAST. They always check for other unforeseen problems I might encounter also. The staff is wonderful; treat you like family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone! NO better service in Auburn or Opelika!

THE WORST! Encountered two people at business location - both were extremely rude. They really only care about UPSALE and selling expensive tires. Asked us to wait 2 hours, when we asked for a better time or appt - we were told- nope, you just have to wait- we don't know when we may get busy or have lag. It was unreal how rude and unprofessional these clowns were. We' spent hundreds of dollars there a few years ago on tires for cars - but will never EVER go back. They are THE WORST in customer service.

Visited here for the first time yesterday. It was extraordinarily helpful that they're open on Saturdays, and early enough that I was able to stop by before work. I unfortunately didn't have an appointment, but they were more than happy to help. They were friendly, efficient, and were able to address my issue at a surprisingly reasonable cost. They were kind enough to tell me to return before a road trip I'm taking to ensure everything is looking good. Would definitely recommend and return!

Got a wheel alignment they did an excellent job my car tracks straight as an arrow. They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes I paid around 85 bucks for the job and im very happy with how my car drives now. Customer service was great smiles all around friendly people work here. Will definitely go back when i need more work done to my ride.

I come in as a single 20 year woman WHO KNOWS MY WAY AROUND CARS. I wouldn’t even be coming here if it weren’t for the fact I live in an apartment complex and have no where to work on my car. I needed a simple thermostat change and a temperature sensor change. Parts for my car are ONLY $30 as I have already look up the price. And it’s a job as simple as changing oil and they quoted me $300. They were extremely rude and was pretending I didn’t know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO HERRE UNLESS YOU HAVE A MAN WOTH YOU AS THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. You guys should be ashamed with yourself.

I have been using them for 31 years. They are awesome. Today I went in to have my car serviced before a trip. They did that and let me know I needed new tires. They did not have them in stock but got them in and called to let me know so I went back and they took care it.

Local 10 minute oil shop said I needed oil pan replaced and they could do it for $700. So I called Wesley and they said $550. After dropping off the car, they called me a half hour later and said because it’s a Honda civic and the condition of the car they can drill a hole and add some part that will do the trick but it’s only $150. I’ll be back! Thank you!

I called this morning because my starter needed replaced. Wesley and his team were not only able to take the car in, they gave me a 2 day window of getting it fixed. Within less than 6 hours, I received a call back that it was fixed and not as much of a cost as originally provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart in providing such exceptional service and an amazingly rapid turnaround. Short version: Recommend. Long version: This week we had a flat tire so as a result I needed to get some new tires. I called and they were friendly and prompt. They gave me a quote over the phone. I arrived and they already knew what I wanted since our phone conversation. The customer service here is great for the 3 people I interacted with. I was also expecting to be there for hours. I was there for just over an hour. They seemed trustworthy and will definitely going back. They also put my trunk back together since I got the spare out. This is service you don't see today or expect.

I won't go anywhere else. 3 different times they have saved me money. Twice just plain had better prices. Other time straight forward honesty undersold me for a better tire than what I had planned to buy. 3 generations behind the counter on some days. Wish we had more businesses like theirs.
