He was straightforward with the pricing, he was very very knowledgeable and let us know exactly what we needed and where we could save some money and where we should spend the extra money. He followed up over the next few days to make sure everything was okay. We had a very good buying experience with Matthews Hyundai. Hass was very easy to deal with, went above and beyond to earn our business. He even took the time after the sale to help us move things from our old car into the new one, and went over all of the options in the new vehicle. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were welcomed with a no-pressure, relaxed environment. A few different employees asked us if we wanted any refreshments or snacks, and the Floor Manager came and chatted with us a few times. It just felt very welcoming. Very unlike our usual encounters with car dealers! The Finance Manager Chris was also excellent to deal with. He took the time to go over every detail and made sure we were aware of all of the options. Again, never any pressure. Overall, we are very pleased with our entire encounter with the staff at Matthews Hyundai. We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dealer that is easy to deal with and no-pressure!
