My AC went out on my 2012 Ford Escape and I checked the number of places they were either rude or booked up and I found this great place which is at 3171 West Craig Road. Meineke Car Care Services exactly what they do they're very professional I give them a five star and this is why: Brandon is a great Expert service tech and also Bill the manager and CORY the district manager was there. It was the EDC weekend here in Las Vegas and I couldn't get a ride I'm a disabled veteran and I use a wheelchair so luckily they came through for me and gave me a ride home and back 10 minutes away. I am a disabled veteran Desert Storm era and these guys were really awesome and they took great care did Diagnostic and I had to replace my compressor for the air conditioning in my 2012 Ford Escape and they did a great great job outstanding. If you need work done on your vehicle your baby These are the guys to go to They will take care of you They are very professional. Thanks again Meineke Pros you got five stars from me and I have over 310,,000 people following me on 10 different media platforms! Look them up there well worth the time and definitely the money.

We are from Utah and drove down to Vegas for a weekend getaway. Our car started having problems at 4:30 on a Friday. We received the run around from 3 other car places because it was close to closing time, but this location diagnosed the problem, bought the correct part, and had it fixed very quickly! It's really hard to find a good honest mechanic. I was sure I needed my brakes replaced. I went in there and I got a free no obligation inspection and afterward I was told that my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. Hands down. This Meineke and auto place is the only place. Come and go here for anything to everything. I have a series of stories and incidents to emergencies I tried texting down, but ran out of space. Just know that this place has you taken care of. Bill, Cory, etc. Everyone here actually cares and are trustworthy. Guaranteed... you won't need to go anywhere else. PERIOD. I can not make-up even half of the issues and my situations to circumstances, but they calmed me down and got me taken care of. Miracles, I'm telling you. Their work ethics on top of it all. Great people here. I assure whoever is reading this, that you won't need to worry about anything else. Make it to this Meineke, and whatever emergency to situation you are dealing with and going through, you'll be taken care of. They work with you and explain to teach you everything. Again. This is the only auto place I will trust and go to. They do everything. Despite the impossibilities and my scary emergencies, they pulled through and took care of me. I am still in shock and amazed. I'll be telling anyone and everyone to come here, go to this Meineke and the mechanics here. They are more then just mechanics too. Life savers! Comparing to every other place and experiences... this is the one. Trust me on this.

Tried this shop because I had a $59.95 oil change coupon. It turned out to really be a $78 oil change because of a $15 "shop fee". This was after asking them to fix the $5 upcharge for my oil type, which the coupon explicitly included. I get taxes and disposal, but this is just a straight-up bait-and-switch. Will not be back.

Buddah & Bryan were great! Went in to get air in my tires, and they were super nice about it but when I pulled it in, they showed me how dangerous it was for me to continue driving and boy were they right. My dad and brother have always worked on my cars and when I showed my dad what my tires looked like, he told me exactly what Buddah said. I knew I was in the right hands. Then Bryan was very helpful telling me about my options. Honestly, I hope they get a raise because beyond their customer service, their knowledge was on point and I felt very comfortable around them! They did my last oil change before I left Las Vegas and because they didn’t know what they were doing and wouldn’t admit that they didn’t know what they were doing. I ended up having a $4000 repair bill because they messed up my head gasket. If you don’t know anything about Volkswagen, do not touch them. If you own a Volkswagen, don’t go here.

Was told a price on an axel replacement. Decided to do it next oil change, when I go in he gave me a higher price with an alignment, okay that’s annoying but I guess necessary. We approved the items and saw the amount, come pick up hours after promised and now it’s more than doubled what the first quote was. Don’t feel like they’re transparent with things since I can no longer view the first or second approva quotes.
