Quick, Efficient services with very Kind knowledgeable employees. The shop, restroom, counters, windows, window coverings, parking lot and chairs were clean. I absolutely will come back for some other services they offer. It was the most pleasant hours I’ve ever waited in a shop. I’ll be telling my friends.

My oil pressure gauge was reading high. They said they tested the sensor and it was working right. Said they tested the engine and it was running high. Quoted me $4K for a new oil pump. Came home, put in a new sensor, oil pressure is where it needs to be. Pretty shitty they quoted my $4K for $100 part that I was able to replace myself.

A thorough inspection was performed. A determination was made regarding the need for a transmission flush and fill was needed. The answer was ‘no’. Additional items needing attention were listed with cost information.

This is my go to place for oil change & tire rotation. I've been coming here for 5 years now without any issues. The staff is friendly and professional and I'm usually in and out around 45 mins.

This store is what every mechanic shop should strive to be! They are honest and don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services and parts you don't need! You know what you're paying for when you walk in the door. No unpleasant surprises when you the time comes to pay the final bill. Shout out to Chad! Awesome service!

I can’t believe the incompetence of this shop. A blind dog would be able to do a better job. Whoever tried to “fix” Brad’s cooling system has no business touching any car. I’ve been working on cars for over 15 years and have never seen such a poor job. Make it right.

Chad and his guys were able to fit me in same day for my brakes and did an amazing job on them! I saved over $300 getting my brakes done here with all the coupons that were applied. If you’re looking for friendly service, saving time and money, this is definitely the place to go!

I drive for Uber, and needed a vehicle inspection. I had four new tires to put on the car because I knew the inspection would fail without them. I went in to Meineke at 12:30 PM. At 2:30 PM the manager informed me that the technician was unable to get the tire machine to put the new tires on the rim. He also informed me that my vehicle had not passed inspection because the four tires on the car were beyond Uber’s safety point. And then he told me I needed to pay for the inspection. Now to his credit, he put notes on the inspection saying that if I came back with a new tires mounted on the car, he would go ahead and reinspect the tires and add the proper information so that I would pass inspection and he would not charge me. I did that the next day and he redid the form and I passed the inspection. I would’ve given them two stars had this been the last of my problems. But about an hour later, the tire pressure came up low on one of the new tires and I immediately went back to where I had the tires installed, and there was a huge bubble in the sidewall of one of the tires. While there’s no way to prove it, my guess is that that tire was damaged while the technician at Meineke tried to get it on the rim. One star because I can’t give them zero and I’ll never go back.

I would never go to this shop again and here is why. My son went there and had work done on his car. He had his car fixed and it was $1500. I called to pay for his car as a gift to him. The Meineke car manager would not let me pay over the phone with my credit card more than $1000. I told him to call Visa if he felt he needed more authorizization. He told me I needed to drive there, 30 minute druve, to pay in person or they wouldn't release his car. What irks me is he told me people scam them and I felt he implied this was my objective. It isn't the end of the world, but I'm a town with car shops everyone I would not go here again.

Had a great experience! They answered all my questions and always answered the phone even when busy. Due to changing plans, they let me bring my truck in early and they were able to get to it before my scheduled appointment time. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Quick, easy, professional. They didn’t try to talk me into a bunch of other stuff but instead told me what they found during inspection and offered pricing if I wanted to take care of it. I didn’t feel pressured at all which is very nice as a girl who feels like most shops take advantage of people who don’t know anything about cars. Will definitely be returning!!

Do not recommend. I recommend get second opinions. I was lied to and made to believe that they would do a thorough diagnostic to find the issue of the vehicle. Well what was the matter with the car was nothing to do with what they said "they were 95% sure was the problem. They changed the part and the issue came back. They I called and asked what was the deal and then the g.m wanted me to bring it back there to see what els they can find.. Not trust worthy don't be so golable anddo your research before you let these people touch your car.

I was very impressed by every aspect of the servicing. On time, which means a great deal to me. Fast which is a bonus. But they also put eyes on elements of the car that I asked them to and they came back with a straightforward quick report. The whole experience has caused me to definitely set up other services. Whole thing was way better than most other automotive engagements.

Thomas was very friendly and helpful when I called to get estimates for issues the dealership recommended servicing. He said they would have to inspect before giving me the estimate but was able to get in that morning and I felt comfortable with the go ahead with one of the issues and at a reasonable price. He also said that I could hold off a bit longer on another issue, which gave peace of mind until I have the funds to do so. They also inspected my vehicle for my work. I waited while they serviced my vehicle and was out the door within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this business. Thx Thomas and crew.

I had an appointment just to have my brakes checked and get an idea in an estimate. However they were able to get the job done while I waited. That was a blessing. The manager was very helpful in getting me the best deal he could. I also noticed his kindness in helping an elderly woman with things on her phone. He went above and beyond. I would be happy to recommend this place of business to anyone.

0 out of 5 stars....really more like a -10 star review. On September 24, 2025 I took my vehicle in for a simple coolant leak. I spoke with Chad, the General Manger at this location (413), and was told that he could get me in right away for a diagnostic test on the issue. Upon finishing that diagnostic, I was told that I needed a new water pump because that was where the leak was coming from. After about 2 hours of waiting they came back and told me that "after raising your car up on the rack we noticed that you aslo have a small coolant leak in your oil filter adapter and should replace that as well." This went from a $760 job to now a roughly $1800 job. So I waited around for 8 hours while they worked on my vehicle and after a quick drive around the block at 6:30pm, they told me I was good to go and guaranteed the car was running fine with no issues left to attend to. Within 15 minutes of driving to where I needed to be, pulling off the highway, I noticed that my hood was smoking significantly, all the coolant they had replaced after their work was spitting out under the hood emptying what had been in there, and hissing like I had never heard before. Now I'm stranded at my place of work and verry irritated with the amount of money I had spent for them to compound a small problem into now, a very large issue. The following morning I returned to the shop to tell them what had happened and Chad, again seeming like he was on the case right away, told me he would call a tow truck to have it returned to the shop at no expense of my own. He asked me if I could meet the tow truck driver at the vehicle, to which I agreed as well as asking when I needed to meet him, and he told me to go "now" at 7:45 am and that he was on his way. After returning to my vehicle with my girlfriends car at around 8:15am, I proceeded to wait another 2 hours before the tow truck driver actually showed up. Wasting now, another morning of my time. After working all day, Chad calls me and tells me that my vehicle is ready for pick up and is all good to go...deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Since I worked through the evening, I couldn't pick up until the following morning. So, I show up the following morning again at 8:15am, recieve my keys, and was told "everything is in working order now." I again, drive it on the highway myself, around the neighborhood, and upon getting back home, open the hood just to check for myself if anything was off or weird and FIND A DISCONECTED HOSE as well as NO COOLANT IN THE COOLANT RESERVOIR!! Which was the entire reason for bringing my vehicle in in the first place. So, I drive back for a thrid time on 9/26/2025 and tell chad what my issues were. Now, Chad himself pulls my car into the garage to reatach the hose himself, fill the coolant reservoir, and inspect the rest himself (which he's told me he's done the past 2 times already). One thing he said he couldn't do was open the radiator cap and check for fluid in there because it was "too hot". Now I'm late for work and was told it would be fine to drive, so I get back in and drive to work. Within 15 minutes, AGAIN, I hear smashing under my hood. Here we go again. I pull into work and open the hood...my alternator belt is shredded and all over the place because it was put on improperly!!! I call the store back and explain to them what is now going on for a third day. I was told that they can't diagnose over the phone and that I probably drove over someone elses belt and sucked it up into my vehicle....never has that happened in my 20 years of driving, EVER. Luckily, I am able to change the belt myself and therefore do so to get home that evening. Now driving back to my residence, I get off the highway and notice that MY VEHICLE IS SMOKING AGAIN!!! When I pull into my driveway and open the hood, not only is my engine smoking but ALL OF THE COOLANT is completely drained from the reservoir again. I am procedeing with legal actions at this point and am insisting on them not only paying me back in full but also covering the cost of the damages they further caused.
