Update: I took the vehicle to them In May.The A/c was blowing hot again . I was told the low pressure valve was leaking. They replaced the valve and topped off the refrigerant. They're under new ownership and the service is extremely good now. I highly recommend them.

Great experience at an affordable price. Got my air conditioning evacuated and refilled, also had a sensor replaced. Total was under $300. Bri was very courteous, and professional. She also gave me a Free Quote of all the upcoming issues. It was significantly more affordable than the big dealerships. I personally would recommend this location based on my experience.

I took my boyfriends car here to get new brakes. My overall experience was pretty good. The owner was very nice and made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He also assisted on actually doing the brakes on my car. They also were very quick and efficient, which I appreciate. However, when I was being signed up by the advisor, Ivania, I was asked if I would like to do an inspection as well because I needed one. I asked if it was free, and if it was included with the service, and she told me that it was, so I told her to go ahead and do the inspection. However, after I got my bill, I noticed that while the service was free, she failed to inform me that the labor for this service would be $130. If I had known this, I would not have asked for this. I would appreciate a call from the owner to discuss this. Like I said overall, I had a good experience and would consider coming back. update: Talked to the owner on his day off and he was very nice and kindly explained that I wasn’t actually charged for the inspection. Five star service!

After getting our car serviced at another place It didn’t drive the same, we took it back to find out no one there was certified and we had to go elsewhere to get a diagnosis. With back to school being a couple of days ahead we were faced with a bit of a dilemma. I found Meineke, I got there while they was closing, on a Saturday at that but everyone was so helpful, they heard me out, diagnosed my car and had us back on road Monday morning. I am still amazed at how well and how fast they took care of me and my family. Service was great but most of all it was their kindness, heart and professionalism that I applaud. I definitely recommend them.

I came in because autozone down the street couldn’t help me. Frustrated and discouraged I walked in for a quote on battery replacement. The lady in the front was friendly and welcoming. They inspected the car, replaced a battery and did an oil change. All for a reasonable price. The gentleman in the back office (I believe the manager or owner ) was also very nice. I will definitely returning with my car needs.

This last service was on a brand new car so it was just an oil change but over the years I had a 2017 Ford fusion and a 2018 Honda CRV and I had all kinds of work done that was necessary and they took care of it for me with honesty and integrity
