The customer service I received when purchasing my vehicle and during service appointments has always been incredible, and I truly appreciated that part of the experience. However, my experience with canceling my tire and wheel policy has been very disappointing. I first reached out in March 2025, completed all the required paperwork, and was told it would take up to 90 days for the remaining balance to be credited to my lienholder. It has now been over six months, and I have yet to see a credit posted. I have followed up multiple times by phone and email, with my last email sent in August 2025, but I have not received any response or update. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the process, even though the dealership staff themselves have always been wonderful.

I went around a year ago for a driver side flat tire and a service A which is an entire inspection of the car. They fixed flat tire which required me to get an entire new tire, upon leaving the dealership my tire sign went back on and I went back and they told me it was now the rim, so they did an entire inspection and didn’t notice a cracked rim? I asked them was it even the tire or was the rim the whole time? They insisted the tire had a hole and they just didn’t notice the cracked rim. I got a brand new rim and left. Then the next day later I was driving and my passenger front tire sign went on, I went back to Mercedes and they said my passenger rim was cracked. Which makes no sense nothing was hit and until I went to Mercedes I never had any tire or rim problems, other then the flat driver tire I came in with the first time. When I went back to Mercedes and said this makes no sense how I left the dealership and had another cracked rim. The guy assured me it was from whatever hit the my other rim. But I got A service, which checks your tires and rims and they didn’t say anything was wrong with that rim. So I bought another rim. Customer service was amazing but this whole experience was extremely odd. This has just never happened to me in the 7 years I’ve had my car. I know I’m one year late sharing this this, but I never ever wanted to write a review but everyone I’ve shared to this even my mercades dealership back home agrees something is sus.

I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz Covington. Their Service department is exceptional! Sherry is our maintenance rep and she is amazing. She is great about scheduling maintenance and ensuring I have transportation or a loaner if needed. Sherry keeps me updated on the status of the maintenance service so I am aware of everything. If any additional maintenance is needed, Sherry calls me to discuss. My car has always been ready when promised and when I pick it up, it has been washed and the interior is clean. The service Tech Ty made a having a luxury vehicle more pleasurable to want to drive and own despite being there for a bad tire and stem. MBof Covington not only handled the task with professionalism. But accommodated me by dropping me off at work and later delivering my vehicle. Mercedes of Covington is hands down best dealership to purchase your Mercedes from and to get any required maintenance completed. The management team is exceptional they run a smooth operation. Ty my service rep is always on point. He makes it easy to drop off vehicle sometimes more often then not he has a loaner vehicle for me which I love. I get updates while the car is being worked on, payment is easy through the app and when its ready im in an out and the car is washed an looking good. I love the Merch stand inside the dealership they always have cool products hats and shirts and my favorite the duffle bag. The refreshments are on point and I enjoy indulging when I visit. Everytime I go in the dealership everyone greets me formally and treats me well. I couldn't expect anything more from a Mercedes dealership. I brought my car in because it was making a noise. Ty was my Service Client Advisor. He was great. He was professional, pleasant, and courteous. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He explained what they did, how they fixed the problem, and gave me recommendations for future maintenance. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Covington.

We absolutely love Covington Mercedes! We have made some good friends at the dealership over the years since we moved here in 2018 and plan to buy many more cars in the future from them. They always go out of their way to make sure that we are happy. Since we have moved here I believe we have bought 13 cars from them between personal vehicles and employee vehicles so we have plenty of experience dealing with them over the years and I can tell you it is definitely our favorite dealership we have ever dealt with.
