Brought in our sprinter van without an appointment, and they were so nice about fitting us in as quickly as they could. The front desk was especially helpful. appreciated the video walkthrough of my vehicle, it was helpful and clear. However, I left the service visit feeling unsure about the accuracy of the diagnosis. When I got home and inspected my vehicle, I noticed the plastic engine cover was missing. I had to return to pick up the part that wasn’t reinstalled, which raised concerns about whether anything else may have been overlooked. I do believe the staff who assisted me are good and honest people, but having to come back for a missing part left me with an unsettled feeling about the overall service and diagnosis.

The vehicle was delivered to me unwashed because it was late on a Sunday, and I was told I would receive a free detailing the next time I brought it in. Marcelino kept me up to date daily which I liked. My only complaint with MB service is that you schedule car appointments/drop-offs days before you even look at the car. My 30 minute fix took 4 working days to complete with that part readily available. My time is valuable so after several services like this the next repair may be elsewhere.
