It's one of my favorite places to get my car serviced. Front-end customer service is always top-notch, respectful, and welcoming. When you walk in and they know your name, you know your patronage is valued and appreciated. I'm always leary about going to a place and being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, and I know nothing about car repairs, maintenance, or pricing. Ms. Mel and the mechanics always take the time to explain everything in detail and my options and ensure I know what's going on and comfortable. I support black owned businesses, and I love supporting black owned businesses owned and managed by a black woman.

I recently visited Metropolitan Auto Care & Towing and had an exceptionally positive experience. My daughter and I were at the establishment on a Saturday morning to have a new set of brakes installed. I must commend their dedication to providing high-quality care for my vehicle. Moreover, they offered complimentary beverages such as water, coffee, and tea, which was a thoughtful gesture. It is noteworthy that Metropolitan Auto Care & Towing is a black-owned business, and my daughter left with a friendly token—a free book authored by a black writer. The friendly and sweet demeanor of the staff and the tranquil ambiance of the place made our visit even more enjoyable. They were not only helpful but also informative. Furthermore, the establishment's conducive environment allowed me to accomplish some computer work during my visit. I wholeheartedly give this place a 5-star rating, a commendation that I rarely bestow upon businesses.

this place is so amazing! I came in for an oil change and it took less than 30 minutes and was not expensive at all! they also noticed a hole in my tire and plugged it for FREE! I will definitely be back! the lady in the front was kind and the mechanics were absolutely charming!

Let’s start with I have gotten a few oil changes here and there from them and my experiences have always been pretty pleasant….. BUT This company went above and beyond for me today. So much I wanted to come up the shop and hug all of them. My car recently broke down and I towed my car to them after hours. Mind you I work the same hours as there operation so it was hard for me to be able to come to the shop to take care of any business. This is where the front desk started exceeding my expectations for any auto shop. They called and texted me to keep me updated, they communicated with me and worked with me on how to fix my car. I was able to speak to the mechanic on the phone about my car issues and he addressed them in a timely manner. (Mind you this was the Christmas holiday weekend). They repaired my car and worked with me as I figured out how to pay for the services needed……. And to top is all off they delivered my car to my Job after payment which helped tremendously since I work the same hours and it would have been so difficult to even get my car back. I’m forever grateful for their hospitality, kindness, and patience! Will definitely recommend to everyone

Their work is reasonably priced however I have to give 2 stars due to the lack of care that was shown with my car. I just had the drivers seat leather refinished prior to dropping off the car for repairs. I had the instinct to cover the seat in plastic before dropping it off but I was like “the interior is light colored so they will be careful.” Man was I wrong. I picked the car up and the drivers seat, drivers door panel and steering wheel were covered in grime and dirt. I had them come out and clean it but he used a brush which caused minor damage to the recently repaired seat and the center arm rest. Hopefully they will learn from this mistake.

I just went in to get my breaks fixed and I had a good experience From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The setup was clean and well-organized. They walked me through the process clearly, and they even showed me other things that they recommended I fix besides my breaks and explained everything so it was good and I wasn't pressured to get it fixed right there and I appreciate that.

Darrell isn’t a horrible mechanic, this shop is just incapable of doing thorough work and will charge you as if they are doing it. They are absolutely capable of simple things and an oil changes well within their capacity Beyond that, they look for the quickest way to get your car out of their shop without doing thorough diagnosis or really investigating the condition of the car On top of that, the front desk will argue with you if you ask for detail or wish to see concrete data of what they’ve said they’ve done . Do not recommend

Great shop! I got a motor change and they completed it in a timely fashion. The shop kept me in the loop with frequent updates on what's going on with my vehicle. The shop is clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and professional especially the lady at the front desk Melody. Melody is the star of the show. She's professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Give that woman a raise! I'll be back in the future with any car issues.
