I had a fuel issue that was my fault on an LBZ Duramax. The team there did a great job of getting everything running correctly and double checking to make sure it was running a it should. Also replaced a glow plug and other small repair and price was on point and less than I thought I would end up paying. Third time using them, and will continue to take my truck back to them if something needs work. Thanks

WASTE OF TIME! After setting and appointment and advising of the issue the day prior and returning the day after by 9am, at 1pm all they did was change the wiper blades! Which is ludicrous as we outline 3 issues we needed fixed. So it took them 4hrs fi change wiper blades? Crazy and wasted 4 hrs of my time. After I repeatedly kept telling them I needed to leave.

Took my vehicle in to get Work done on it. Timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt and tensioner trans service, a/c recharge. David was the mechanic who did the work. It only took him a few days to complete it all. When the van was completed and I could drive it again. I say that the way the car drove was smooth the only comparison I can come up with is that it was as smooth as butter. It stops perfectly. Turns corners easily, starts up with no issues. It’s like a brand new vehicle and not like one that gone over 205,000 miles on it. I highly recommend Clark Truck Repair

INCORRECT WORKING HOURS LISTED!!ONLINE AND WEBSITE IT SAYS THAT THEY ARE WORKING UNTIL 1 PM( GOOGLE SHOWS 1 AM) !! I called Clark Truck Repair before heading over, and the worker told me they were closing in an hour. If you’re going to change yours hours, at least update them online so you don’t waste people’s time!!

Took my truck in to have an O ring put in behind a bolt, already told the technician exactly where its located and what Freightliner said the cost of the O ring, fine. Was quoted $125 an hour fine, they took exactly an hour to replace the O ring fine, got the bill and they charged me an extra $125 and call it diagnosis fee, like huh, how are you diagnosing anything when my driver showed them where the leak was coming from and that's exactly what they repaired nothing else...like why can't mechanics just be honest and stop playing the mechanics game of price gouging people, not because I owe a big truck means I'm a millionaire. Then when I called about the invoice the gentleman was rude as hell. This was my first time sending my truck to them and will be my last and a will not recommend anyone for this shop.

Worse experience I have ever had. Dropped off my truck for ABS light to be resolved and side mirror and head light repair. After repairs, my check engine light came on. Tried to have this resolved with them but they claimed it wasn't their fault and there is nothing they can do about it. Decided to pick up my truck and after driving it for about 20 mins, ABS light came back on. Took it back to them for everything to be resolved and they told me it could take one week, one month or even three months to be resolved for additional cost. Had no choice but to drive off with both lights still on.

Worst professionalism and customer service. Doug was extremely irrate and disrespectful over the phone. Cursing and threatening after failing to do a simple quality inspection after repairing the truck. Didn't even replace the oil prior to pick up. They claimed they didn't have time to do the quality inspection due to so much work and threatened my husband if he came to get the truck before they closed. Had to get an officer. Once the officer arrived then the Doug was no longer irrate all of a sudden. Never thought that we would have such a terrible experience especially after coming here for years! I would not recommend Clark Truck Repair to anyone!

I'm the person that handles the truck repairs of a small (18 truck) moving company here in the Atlanta area. I have had the pleasure of utilizing Clark Truck Repairs on some of our older and newer equipment. I even had them work on my bosses personal pick up. I think I get fairly treated and fairly charged for the services I present to them. They ALWAYS send me an estimate, which I do compare, and everyone of staff I've found to be very affable. I'd say if you're in the Atlanta area and you have truck issues I don't think you'd go wrong using their services. THX.

Mitchell , Q, and the team at Clark’s Truck repair did a phenomenal job on repairing my box trucks. From installing e tracks, wheel alignments and some diesel work on my motors the work was timely, efficient and they did not bait and switch me on the price. Communication was on par and the location in the city cannot be beat. I found a shop!

I had my Excursion towed here because it was close by and they service diesel vehicles. I allowed them to start work at a pricey $150 hr for labor because I expected it to be a simple job. But, since they couldn't easily diagnose the problem the mechanic decided that I must need a new engine for, get this..$23k! What! I don't think so! Couldn't get my car outta there fast enough. They did nothing but did charge me $600 for worthless labor. Please heed my warning... Don't take your car here! Btw, I had my engine replaced for 7k.

Great place, I used to work there and Charlie, Jay are the best mechanics for diesels there are. The owners care about people and have honest values. They never made me fix stuff that wasn't necessary. Very meticulous quality control on repairs as well.

These guys are the best! Jeremiah was very easy to work with and had me done much faster than some of the other companies I have used before. I could also tell how much experience he had just talking to him over the phone which is a must-have in my book. I have certainly found my go-to repair shop!

WOW! Just picked up my truck. Clark had quoted $2600 for work to be done on my truck, when I came to pick it up, the total was about half of the quote. I paid the bill but in good conscience, could not leave without bringing what I thought was a billing error in my favor. The gentlemen at the counter reviewed the job sheet and explained the problem wasn’t as bad as what was originally expected. While this seems like the correct approach, it’s absolutely remarkable today to find this level of integrity when dealing with other service companies. I don’t think I’m alone in having lived the horror stories of the opposite occurring at other places. Bravo Clark Truck! @integriitymatters!

Worked with them a few times before the most recent incident happened. Really disappointed with our experience at Clark Truck Repair. We took our truck in and they misdiagnosed the problem. After spending a hefty sum on repairs that didn’t even address the actual issue, their response was less than helpful. No viable solutions were offered to fix the real problems, leaving us as a small business to feel like we just threw away thousands of dollars. Customer service was a letdown, too. It’s frustrating when you count on professionals and get this kind of outcome. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for reliable service and support.

Incredibly bad service. After 2 visits in a 5 month period, we were without our truck for over 9 weeks, to the tune of $14,000 in repairs AND IT HAD TO BE TOWED AWAY - to a good repair shop. They do not meet deadlines, return calls timely or follow up as promised. It is like playing wack-a-mole hoping for a good result - except playing with $1000 bills. inept, unprofessional and show no signs of Give a damn. But, Amazon big$$ keeps their shop busy - so guess who suffers - the small business.

!!!LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!. There are better places with much KINDER people who own it. This place treats its employees pretty HORRIBLY and I wouldn’t support them not with your money or your time. Overpriced everything, trucks consistently coming back over and over again for the SAME issue, BAD energy, owners take no accountability. Go elsewhere, there are WAY better places in Atlanta to get your truck fixed.
