I drove there for the Code Finder and they don't have one it was a waste of time. Between having to drive there for them to not have what they supposed to have I was a supervisor at Auto Zone for years never have I ever had to not be able to assist with the code finder. Because its very important to have it because everyone definitely needs that if they don't need anything else they need the Code Finder

Unfortunately my car this morning did not start due to my battery dying. But I was able to get towed to the AutoZone off of Donald Lee Howell Parkway. This was my first time coming here but, I’m extremely happy that I was able to get helped by Dave at this AutoZone! He was helpful and explained what battery was best needed for my Toyota Camry SE 2014 and explained my warranty process. He even came out to my car and installed my battery which was amazing because I’ve been to plenty of AutoZone and many times depending on where you are they never truly want to come out to help you. During that period when he was changing my battery out he noticed that the current battery that I had since I bought my car was the wrong battery for my car. This was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back here for automotive needs. Thank a lot Dave!

Terrible service locks doors before 9pm and claim they don’t have something in stock when on the app it clearly says in stock didn’t even make an effort to look one or even act. Every time I come to this location it’s something different never can have a good visits here either the employees or under experienced or just simply don’t want to work.

I came to autozone in distress because my car battery died and I needed a new one. When I arrived I was met with a nasty attitude by Crystal Barnes. She was not helpful and had terrible customer service. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be working and was on her phone the entire interaction. However, Chavez was able to help me with my car and battery and he was very nice.

I literally never post reviews, but I was compelled to post one this time. I also try not to make baseless accusations, but I feel like there was some casual misogyny/ageism going on here. I was on the way home from work when I hit a pothole (I work at a car dealership and my uniform shirt plainly states it). My tire pressure light immediately came on, so I drove to this AutoZone to check it out since none of my tires looked flat yet. Given the weather has been stable, I knew immediately that one of my tires was busted. I explained to them exactly what happened, and asked them to look for a nail/hole in my tire and to check the tire pressures to figure out which tire it was. An older male employee said all my tires were fine, called me a “worry wart” and tried to explain what a flat tire looks like (I clearly worked at a car dealership, I think I know). I don’t know if his attitude was because I was young, because I was feminine (he kept calling me “pretty girl”), or just plain laziness, but he told me I was fine and sent me away. He didn’t even check any of my tire pressures and didn’t look for any holes. They even ran a diagnostic and didn’t tell me what it said. Well, I saw this morning that one of my tires was completely flat now. I was right; there was a hole in my tire. Had they listened to my concerns, I would’ve been able to get a new tire while I was out. But I ended up having to put on the spare and it was a whole ordeal. (Note: I’m aware they “don’t do tires” but they shouldn’t have come out to help at all if that were the case. And apparently the man they asked to take over wasn’t even an AutoZone employee… so why was he looking at my car?) Again, I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel very frustrated that my totally legitimate concern was chalked up as unnecessary worrying. Advocate for yourself here, friends.

The service was quick and Q and Mr. Mike were amazing. I was struggling getting that dumb windshield wiper on and Q came over to help me on her break and help me until we both were stumped (She got further than me) and then Mr. Mike came over and did it no problems at all. No judgment, no feeling stupid. He showed me how to do it quickly and now I got it. This was probably one of the best AutoZone‘s. I’ve been to in a hot minute.

Purchased a car cover a month ago just opened it because of personal reasons, the car cover to small I’m in the system so when I asked if I could return it the lady was chewing in my ear and said not without a receipt well I have no receipt from a month ago. Why couldn’t she look in the system and assist me with a return and get a new one. Customer Service is terrible she couldn’t stop smacking and chewing in my ear More training needed.

I’ve been here twice, and the first time I had a bad experience but didn’t leave a review because maybe it was an off day for them. They didn’t have any idea what they were talking about and were incredibly rude, but I brushed it off. Second time I came in, I had the exact same kind of experience. They literally told me they refused to and couldn’t do a standard scan for my car unless it has the check engine light on and he was being so rude and talking to me like I was stupid. My dad managed a whole region of Autozones for over a decade, so I’m not ignorant to cars, and as soon as I said on sentence he started talking to me like I was stupid. Literally my ford app even says to go to Autozone to get it scanned. It’s frustrating to have to leave negative reviews, but I’ve been to over 20 Autozones across state lines and this one is the worst one I’ve been to. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by walking in and asking a question.

I visited AutoZone last night and witnessed a customer a guy being rude to one of the employees she was helping the guy through all of his rudeness and she still kept calm and I don’t see how she did it because I probably would’ve went off on him so this review is not about the rude guy, but it’s to acknowledge Crystal and her exceptional customer service because I know the job is hard having to deal with unruly people, however she needs to keep up the good work and you guys need to thank her for caring about the customers. you have great customer service Crystal.
