This Midas is the BEST! The manager. ( Hayat ) is ultra helpful, and honest. I got treated better here than anyplace I have ever been to for my car repairs before. If I can give this establishment more than 5 stars, I would!

They are very fast and friendly, went in for an alignment and tire balance at the last min. Although they couldnt balance two of them. They did replace the balanced ones to the front. The alignment still pulls to the left. I need to replace the tie rods, then have them align it again. Thanks midas for the promt and friendly service.

0 stars if I could! Hyatt is the most disrespectful, rude, and degrading person I have ever encountered. He had the worst attitude and miserable personality! Don’t know how this place stays in business when Midas promotes no BS (bad service). Hyatt is the definition of BS (and not just in bad service)!!!! No way to treat a pregnant woman. So glad I walked out and didn’t leave my car to get serviced here.

I don’t usually come to this location, but I wasn’t able to get a same day appointment at my usual location and took a chance to go to a different place. I’m really glad i did! Hyatt answered the phone and was the guy i talked to when i came for my oil change. Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He talked me through my inspection results and made sure there was total transparency on pricing. Great experience. I’d definitely go back!

The manager here, Hayat, is the best! We told him we just needed whatever repairs were necessary to pass emissions (money is tight this time of year!) and he was so understanding -- no trying to upsell us or scaring us into doing more. He was clear and extremely helpful in explaining everything we needed to know. It was one of the few I've left the mechanic not feeling like I'd just been called an idiot in car-speak. As long as he's there, we'll be back!

Since I drive a manual transmission vehicle, I really liked that the manager went over how the transmission fluid is checked and that he physically showed me a problem that I was having and I realized that problem had been there quite some time after being serviced at another Midas store that never informed me of the problem. I appreciate Hyat's knowledge and hospitality and knowing how to drive my car. I am very happy with this Midas Store. I will continue to come to this store. Thank you for being a Manager that takes pride in his Store and Customers!! It's well noticed!!

I should of taken the sign of the manager arguing with the customer as I walked in as a red flag but I still went ahead with the oil change. They took my tires off after I said I just needed the oil change. In the process a lug nut cover on my rear side is missing. I called the shop the next morning and was instantly met with aggressive responses and defensive tone. I explained I wasn't upset I'm just trying to figure it out because my car looks silly now. Was told he'd call me back in 10 minutes (his words not mine) so I called back 35 minutes later and was told "it's early morning and I have other customers" again I get it but then in the first call don't make a statement of 10 minutes to the customer just say you'll call back shortly. At this point he kept trying to talk over me in the situation so I asked if I could finish the statement. Then after I did he with what I can only describe as a childish manner said "am I allowed to speak now" then I realized the point was beyond this child of a shop manager btw he was proud to repeat that he had run the shop for 8 years to everyone. I am now going through corporate to have this resolved because clearly he can't take any kind of criticism so I hope he enjoys the one star review I'm leaving. Other guy who was arguing with him said they sent him info about his alignment needing to be done after closing hours and was pretty sure they sent after store closing. Learn from my mistake just go to a different Midas not this one. Workers in the bay are good though just a horrible GM

Amazing Service!!! Hyatt, the Manager, went above and beyond for us. We are not from Phoenix but were traveling there for the holidays. Our Mercedes C300 CV Axel broke and it was 7pm on a Saturday. Hyatt stayed open and waited for us to bring the vehicle over. They fixed it with a great price and quick turnaround. I thank Hyatt and his team at Midas for helping us get back on the road.

They were amazing, I went upset because I thought they did something wrong, when they fixed my control arms, turns out I have multiple control arms. But the owner I think his name was Nick happened to be there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my car and what was wrong with it. He ended up taking care of me even though he didn’t have to, he showed me visually which control arms had been replaced previously and which ones needed to be replaced. He saved me a couple hundred dollars and I am so grateful for that. Thank you Nick.

I had my car inspected the following day after dropping off before they closed, was thinking of selling car. After inspection was done I was texted a link to a report showing pictures and details with estimated costs. The inspection if no repairs scheduled would have been ~$100 but was waived after proceeding with front brake pad replacement and brake fluid change total $380. I was glad they were able to get inspection and repair done same day, even though it was past work hours. I also appreciated being told why they couldn’t get rotors resurfaced as they initially stated when they found out there was not enough material to resurface.

Jonathan and the team are amazing! Compassionate, informative, and so considerate! The website is full of coupons and they work with you to make sure you have the best deal! Thank you Midas on Main and thank you Jonathan!! Update: we went back for a LOT more service that was quoted at over a thousand dollars at other shops. Their prices and coupons at Midas allowed us to get everything done for 700$. And it drives BEAUTIFULLY now. David is who we worked with the second time and he was just as awesome. The whole crew there is incredible, in fact. They even gave me a few tricks to fix my key fob issue that only take mere seconds, and it literally worked the first time and now my car has no trouble recognizing it. That saves me a trip to the dealership and even more money! Furthermore, I walked away with lifetime warranties on my car tires, and there was a follow up text today from the company sms service. Shout out to Hyatt for kindly and professionally checking in to ask if the vehicle was running smoothly and if there were any issues with anything they fixed. Of course, I have no complaints. Thank you, Midas!
