This place is crooked!!! They charged me 68.00 for a oil change back in August and here is it November and my car was making a clicking noise and I checked the oil and the dip stick was bone dry!! I had to drive my mom's car to get oil and it took 5 quarts to fill it. They charge me for 2 used tires and 1 of them I have to put air in it about every 3 days...my engine could have locked up not having oil in it. I called them and he had the nerve to tell me that I must have a leak.. I would know if there was a leak on the pavement under my vehicle. I only drive it in the weekends and the parking lot was just paved so it would be really easy to see oil on freshly paved concrete.. I realize now that the 900 bucks I wasted at his shop I should've gone somewhere else and got good service and quality mechanic work...listen learned

I'm military and move around a lot. One of the hardest things to find is a good mechanic that I can both trust and offers me a fair price. Over the last couple of months I've used Mike & Rand multiple times for my cars and have found the best mechanics I've ever worked with. No hidden charges, no follow up problems and I haven't found anywhere that beats their prices. I wish I could take their shop with me when I am moved again.

I absolutely would not recommend you taking your car here. I let them put a water pump on my car last November for 700$, Here is is December 2022 an I need a new one. What makes it worst is he checked the car an said there wasn’t a new one put on when they were the ones to do the repair. I’ve only had the car for since Oct 2021. They are all for money!

Very affordable place and the owner is honest and straightforward and if you don't agree with him he's willing to listen to you. He wanted to put a heavier weight into my car and gave me all the reasons he thought it should take it but in the end he went the extra like and obtained the oil I requested and the weight .

As soon as I bought the car here, it is constantly being repaired. Oil is constantly leaking. Many things have been changed. I don’t recommend buying cars here.

I've been coming to this shop for 2 years now, and I am overall satisfied with the quality of work. The mechanics are really friendly and polite. If they're not super busy, I often enjoy a nice little conversation with them. The reason for the 4-star rating is because the smell of cigarettes in the waiting area (although they were smoking in another area) and a recommendation made during a state inspection that I ended up not needing. I was told that my brake pads would need replacement in the near future, but a little while later, I changed my tires and saw that the brake pads still had plenty of material left. I just assumed they were being overcautious and not trying to rip me off... I have not been recommended any other maintenance other than what I have requested or the scheduled maintenance called for. I am a satisfied customer and would definitely come back to have my car taken care of by these folks.

I needed a car inspected and I went late on a Saturday.. This team took such great care of me!! They told me what I needed to get repaired before I can pass their inspection and they allow me to fix my errors without putting a rejection sticker on. I went to get the work done the same day and then they put on my new inspection sticker! I was super happy and comfortable while I waited and they're awesome Lobby that had wonderful leather seats and awesome TV. I highly recommend this place because of their excellence in customer service and attention to detail thank you Mike and Rands

Had to return my car for the same repair twice. They charged me more the second time & stated they replaced the parts. The car was still having the same issue. Took the car to the dealer and learned Mike and Rands never replaced one of the parts. The dealer stated one of the parts was original to the car and had not been replaced. Mike and Rands Auto Repair Shop is a rip off! Pay the extra money for a reputable repair shop or risk getting ripped off by Mike and Rands!

If it were possible I’d leave 0 stars!! Bought a car from this crook a few months back and my car stopped on me in the middle of the road while I had my child in the car. Contacted Mike and he basically stated that it was my fault. Happened again a few days later while I was out of state (which wasn’t far from VA) and I had to have the car towed to a mechanic in that area and the mechanic basically stated that the crank shaft sensor was bad as well as the O2 sensor. The mechanic ended putting a crank shaft on my car that he had at his shop because it was almost 5 pm est and the auto part shop was closing up. I ended up contacting Mike the crook again and all he did was continuously hang up in my face because now he had recorded proof that the oil and motor weren’t the problem. The problem is that this man doesn’t care to throughly check these cars before he sells them to people and there be parts messed up on them. This man is dead set on my car has no oil and that the motor is bad but I’ve had the oil changed once since getting the car because you’re supposed to get the oil changed every 3,000 miles or 3 months!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend!

I've been taking my truck to them for the past 3 years. After unfortunately being hit by someone I took my car to Mike and Rands to potentially be repaired. Kay is extremely friendly and kind, even making sure I got a rental when insurance was trying to deny me one. My car was eventually deemed totaled, and when I came back to get all of my stuff from the vehicle, Kay still accommodated me even though I was late and made it there when they were closing. He treated me as he would if I came during normal hours and even went as far as helping me take off my licenses plates and parking stickers from my car. He even offered to inspect my new vehicle to make sure that everything was okay. Im grateful to have found them and I would highly recommend going to Mike and Rands if you’re looking for a hospitable and dependable car shop :)
